It was a decent stay. Room cleanliness is average. Can see stain on the carpet, towel and bedsheet but nothing too major. Coway water filter is prepared outside room, can use anytime. Parking is free but the entrance to parking is a bit scary. Location is amazing, near Masjid Besi. Breakfast is amazing! The selections are pretty great, the taste as well! Can repeat for a leisure stay but wish they can improve on cleanliness.

The room was quite big for 2 people. They have a nice sofa as well. The lake view was nice at night. Near the food truck, opposite the hotel and just less than 5 minutes walking. The breakfast also was nice.

I recently stayed at Dorsett Putrajaya and honestly, I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. There were individuals wandering around the hotel area who appeared to be intoxicated or unstable. It was disturbing and made me feel uneasy, especially if you’re traveling with family or as a woman.
For a hotel in such a prime location with a reputable name, I truly hope the management will take immediate action to tighten security – more visible security patrols, active CCTV monitoring, and swift response to any suspicious behavior.
I appreciate the facilities and ambiance of the hotel, but safety should always be a top priority. Please take this matter seriously.
