Room was dirty and very dated. Bare electric wires exposed. Heat-AC unit never shut off and very loud, Water coming in at the top of the unit. Shower curtain torn, blow dryer broken, no drain at sink, complimentary shampoo and conditioner bottles empty. Overall the entire place is very run down and dirty. We left and moved to another hotel.

A nice hotel that's not too expensive a bit outside of New York City. Breakfast is included and it's one of the more affordable. Rooms are spacious but the bathroom is a bit small. A great choice.

Front desk clerk was very friendly at Check in. Overall good room, the only issue is that the Air Conditioner was a little loud.

Property is easy to access from the highway. Check in was easy, and the gentleman working at the front desk was helpful in answering questions regarding restaurants nearby. The steam shower was amazing, and our king bed was very comfortable. Perfect after a long day of travel. Breakfast buffet was limited in options, with no fruit or yogurt provided. Coffee was good, and a hot waffle was all that we needed to get a good start the next morning.

Room key would not work. Fortunately only slept there so didn’t need. Staff was pleasant and tried to assist, without success. Room recently remodeled and quite nice. But halls, elevator and lobby are horrific. Maybe they get spruced up next?
