Overall not bad, but the cleaning is terrible! We were there for two days, then they extended it for a day, asked to change the linen, they came, just tucked it in, left, changed one towel. The place is quiet, but not for relaxation, the security is like overseers, the food is not tasty)

19.02 приехала в отель на заселение в районе 22 час. В отеле на регистрацию было очень много народу около 100 чел. Никогда такого не видела. Заселяли 2 специалиста. Простояла в очереди 1,5 часа. Когда до меня дошла очередь, ни один из специалистов не смог найти мою бронь. Ещё пол часа простояла, наблюдая, как мой паспорт уже отдают другому человеку. Тогда моё терпение закончилось и я сказала, что пожалуюсь в роспотреб. Девушка начала нервно искать мою бронь. По итогу нашла. Объяснив, что в отделе продаж неправильно занесли моё ФИО. Вместо фамилии и имени, написали сначала имя потом фамилию. На этом мои испытания не закончились. Мне выдали ключ ничего не сказав. Я ещё долгое время бродила по лифтам и этажам , периодически спускаясь вниз, в поисках своего номера🫣. Это отель-лабиринт.
Номер стандарт маленький, как в хостеле, ни как на фото на сайте. Кровать чисто застелена, тапочки, мыло, полотенце в номере есть. От отеля ходит автобус до Крокус-сити.

住到第二天凌晨有人敲門。第二天去前台問，説是監控裏看到是***敲門。我堅持要換房間，然後，房間換到很大，而且有陽台。
但是，我們退房的時候，前台説我在房間裏抽煙，一定要帶着pos機去檢查，一看就是想罰我們錢。有點過分！但是，沒抽就是沒抽，一點煙味沒有。跟我道了歉。
總體來説，酒店設施挺好，大廳吧的牛肉麪很地道，適合中國胃。但晚上7點，中國廚師就下班了。週末好像會晚一點下班。

位置稍稍偏了一點，但是去展會來回有班車，非常方便，去7號線也有班車，15分鐘一班。附近有個大超市，步行十五分鐘到，購物也方便。

衹有第一天有水 沒有牙刷記得跟前台要 電話沒插電源線 可能是怕我們聯繫他吧 算是國內旅行團固定酒店 中資酒店 展會能選的酒店確實不多 優點是早點很不錯 六百多住快捷我還能説啥 在哈爾濱開發區裏面 適合出差 展會 不適合旅遊 大爺大媽團烏央烏央的 有展會大巴 不過很滿 還得打車去crocus expo 90到210塊不等

很多中國人商務出差，旅行團都住這裏。早餐還算豐富，離機場不遠，相當於北京的五環外。周邊有大超市，還有幾家中餐館。

衞生不咋滴，床上有頭髮，果斷退了後面幾天的房間，換酒店！補充，酒店早餐品種好！中國旅行社團隊人多，建議獨自出行的朋友8.30分後前往用餐，不擁擠

該酒店位於中俄貿易區，有很多中國人入住，有中餐牛肉麪啊之類。早餐非常好，特別豐富，入住人太多，很火爆。
房間設備老舊，大概中國十多年前風格裝修。
有班車去展館，非常方便。
