很滿意的一次體驗 環境很好 衞生乾淨整潔 服務人員態度很好 一出房間就是露天大陽台 很適合帶杯咖啡拍照 聊天 還有免費的温泉游泳體驗 有機會的話下次和好朋友們一起來玩

房間挺不錯的，衞生整潔超出預期。服務沒話説，入住很快，還有給我們免費升級房間，前台服務人員態度也都很好，服務周到。温泉水也很乾凈，水很清，温度剛好。總體來説住的很滿意！

前台幫忙安排了一間視野很好的房間，陽光也很暖，健身房我們住客可以免費使用，泳池温泉也給了兩張客房贈票，泳池的水質非常好👍👍👍，泳完呼吸都順暢了

從辦理入住到退房的整個過程中，工作人員的態度是否熱情、禮貌、高效，游泳池乾淨，温泉跟游泳免費這個太好了改天還來

設施：第一個房間入住不過30分鐘跳閘，被迫抹黑更換房間；第二間房沒有熱水，服務員來處理了15分鐘後才有熱水。屋內空調除了吵就是吵，一點兒制熱效果都沒有…
衞生：水龍頭裡放出來的水是黑水！是黑水！是黑水！放了一段時間後變清，然後再黑……反覆如此。嚇得連刷牙洗臉都不敢用這個水
服務：所有房間電話都是壞的，需要用手機才能聯繫到前台。半夜裡各種跳閘、水質、空調等問題都沒人及時解決。早飯是一個饅頭+一個茶葉蛋+一罐牛奶放在紙袋子裏（完全沒有衞生可言，饅頭就直接放在手提紙袋裡，連保鮮袋都沒有）
絕對不推薦入住！

在莆田郊區，周邊沒啥東西，泡温泉游泳還是不錯，酒店設施服務就比較一般，特別是早餐有點敷衍，勝在便宜，湊活住一晚泡泡澡還行。
