房間牆壁發黴，衣櫥沒打掃乾淨，阿姨打掃完的抹布也不知道帶走，早上八點多沒睡醒就被阿姨的敲門聲吵醒，似乎非常着急打掃衞生，甚至都不管房間裏有人就想刷卡直接進來，溝通態度還很差，房間電話都是壞的，找前台想要個乾淨的吹風機和礦泉水都要等好久，要兩瓶礦泉水還要被diss 一下，“這水一瓶兩塊錢呢”，意思少喝點唄，反正不會再來了，呵呵。

地理位置很好，從碼頭到酒店三四百米吧，有從碼頭接送的服務，接的時候享受了，送告訴我司機不在有事出去了，反正不是很遠，就自己走過去了，但是提着26寸的行李和一個20寸的行李也是相當吃力，從三樓可以直達媽祖廟的正門這點非常方便，但是衞生條件跟不上，枕頭上都是黴點，並寫在早上的時候我家人獨自在房間休息，應該是收拾房間的阿姨自己刷卡推門就進，看到有人在房間就又立馬把門關上了，沒有任何的歉意，退房的時候溝通了，衹是告訴我跟客房部説一下……然後我就沒有然後了，設施算基本配套，衹是基本配套，我們住在臨街的房間非常吵，隔音幾乎沒有，旁邊還是對面房間喝酒到深夜，甚至小孩的哭聲聽得一清二楚，我們來的時候天氣早晚温差已經比較大了，半夜蓋一床被子非常冷，沒有暖風空調，這一點也是比較沒辦法接受，家人甚至穿了整套的外衣才能保暖睡覺。島上景色很好，地方還會再去的，酒店肯定是不會再來了。

酒店就在祖廟旁邊，甚至可以直接從酒店內部到祖廟景區裏的咖啡店。酒店業主是祖廟。前台非常有幫助。房間應該是18年裝修過。酒店房間和二樓書吧休息區有很多關於媽祖文化的書籍，對於想了解媽祖文化的住客非常友好。

酒店價格很實惠，沒有平台的各種名目的折扣本身就已經很便宜，三星酒店哦。我是從地圖上找到的。
設施：還可以，滿足用途。沒放吹風機，需要應該可以向前台要吧？
衞生：很好，進門就給人一種舒適的感覺。裝修簡潔大氣

設施：二十年前算是星級酒店，現在連快捷酒店都比不上，連洗衣房都沒有，什麼東西都沒有，窗户比我年紀都大，進房間有一股味。
衞生：枕頭上毛巾都有頭髮，他們布草還説是酒店自己洗都不知道有沒有消毒，我都不敢用
環境：迫不得已才會住
服務：服務是一點都沒有，要兩瓶水要額外加錢，加錢也算了 冰露那麼差的礦泉水還賣2塊錢？ 要前台幫忙延遲一會退房説什麼會加收費用？ 當我沒住過酒店嗎
