作為一個最懶惰的試睡員，今天也發現了這家涵江比較優質的民宿。首先地理位置涵江沃爾瑪，四通八達不必再説。最主要的優點就是這棟樓好多家民宿，我剛好住過幾家，今天住進這家簡直不要太驚喜，和其他家相比簡直完虐。首先佈局就很人性化。居然還有有專門晾衣服的地方，裝修方面使用全屋整裝，非東拼西湊的那種風格。地板牆壁都是瓷鉆，現代感滿滿。衞生乾淨整潔！整體非常舒服！沃爾瑪民宿非這家莫屬了！

一般不怎麼評價，這個真的是讓我印象深刻，説道説道，訂房的時候因為高速趕路太晚，帶娃必須找個地方休息一下，就臨時就近找個酒店。看圖片還以為過得去，結果真是失望。
首先房間衞生很差，一進門就看見了好幾衹蟲子，茶几搖搖晃晃的，一層油乎乎，不知道多久沒擦過。擱上面吃個夜宵都嚇人
另外床單被罩還是個深藍色的，都看不出幹不乾淨，還好自己帶了一次性四件套，不然萬萬不敢睡。
洗手池裡麪一大撮頭髮，估計是上個住的人留下的，就這麼明顯，搞沒搞衞生都不知道。
所以最後我們直接和着衣服睡下將就了一晚上，澡都沒敢洗。如果預訂的話考慮是否能接受吧

是公寓式，在17樓，優點：是個熱鬧的地段，周邊美食購物很方便，補充了一些零食，有家新開的莆田滷麪連着去吃了兩次，15元有新鮮海蝦，蛤蜊肉，味道不錯。還有家家煎包，皮薄餡多，蘿蔔絲，粉絲的。房間裏有洗衣機，缺點：進門先爬樓梯，原來這間是閣樓改的，對有兩個行李箱的我們不友好，衞生欠缺，沒有一次性拖鞋，用自己的，一天下來，鞋底黑了。衞生間有異味，床很硬，睡着腰疼，床單被套是墨綠色的。價格雖然百元出頭，但細節上可以做的好些。

1.被子深色，幹不乾淨看不出，被子不是一人一換，2.公寓2樓，120多價格連水都沒有，和80那種品質差不多3.公寓時間長，設備有點老舊
