距離火車站比較近，環境尚可，旅店粉塵有一點多，但是房間裏很乾凈。老闆服務態度很好，入住後房間電源出了點小問題，通知老闆後老闆很快趕來解決了。房間和前台不在一棟樓裏，相隔一道斑馬線，可能稍微有點不太方便。

自駕路過中途休息臨時訂的 離莆田站很近 大樓裏的房間都是新裝修 大床舒服 衹是莆田站周圍沒啥商店 吃喝不便 附近有萬達 宜家過去吃喝

位置挺好的 離火車站比較近 步行大概10分鐘 周圍有一個大超市 兩間房 有陽台 去南化寺打車大概30 高層挺涼爽的 晚上沒有蚊子

網站上標註的地點不詳細，接待櫃檯並不在該處，房間內視野好，離車站很近，但周圍生活機能並不好、適合搭早班車過渡住一晚，勝在房價便宜！

超喜歡這家公寓，前台小姐姐很熱情，離動車站也近，交通方便，房間很大很舒適，衞生做的也很細緻，價格實惠性價比很高，整體來説很棒，挺滿意的一次入住體驗，下次出差還來！

除了離莆田站近之外，位置可用「偏僻」來形容。衛生很差，手把、窗戶有灰塵。床單、床套、枕頭套都沒換。整個看起來皺皺的，還留有頭髮，棉被套還有一處地方髒髒的。

真的是良心店家呀，房間乾淨整潔，非常🉑，莆田是以前待過的城市，這次重遊很開心，下次會再來莆田，一樣再訂這間酒店
