Price/quality ratio is not good to say the least. For 200 eur per night you should get much more, than what you get in Hilton La Defense. Location si problematic, because the entrance is for both hotel and shopping mall, so taxis will be always confused where to go and how to get there. Find underground parking was terrible, took me 30 minutes to actually find it, convince somebody to open the gate and park the car. Forget sauna, pool anything like that, it is a business hotel, so you will be happy for a simple gym. The rooms were quite OK, but dont expect nothing fancy. Breakfast horrible, understaffed, always lacking basics, like juices and water, also constantly problem with limited amount of glasses. I am not planning to go back.

My experience was great, although you have to know where it is. In our case we wanted to be close to our son's residence and it was perfect, but if you come to see Paris you have to know that it is far from the center and a 10/15 minute walk from the metro that takes you to the city The hotel is phenomenal, the room is very complete, comfortable and clean, the beds are super comfortable It has a kitchen with everything you need in case you want to eat in the apartment, you also have a supermarket two steps away The only The downside is that we stayed five nights and they only cleaned the room one day, we didn't understand why since when I hired it it didn't specify that such a basic service was not included. Breakfast costs €18, we thought it was too much for what it offered. Otherwise, the experience was magnificent

Excellent séjour Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet Établissement et nous sommes enchantés de notre choix d'hébergement! tout était parfait ; la situation de l'hôtel, l'amabilité et le professionnalisme des équipes , l'accueil téléphonique et l'accueil à la réception, la propreté de l'appartement loin d'être vétuste pour le nôtre ! Petite cerise sur le gâteau, nous étions au 9ème étage et avions la vue sur la tour Eiffel ce qui a bien évidemment enchanté nos petits enfants ! Très bonne literie . L'hôtel est très bien situé et bien desservi par la ligne 1 du métro , ce qui permet de visiter Paris très facilement . Juste une petite remarque, si vous arrivez en taxi demandez à la réception de vous donner l'adresse pour les taxis car le 35 cours Michelet est une adresse pour les piétons seulement. Donc pour nous nous mettrons un 10/10 !

First time in the heart of Paris, I needed a room close to the Arena defense. I am not disappointed in just 5 minutes we are there. The shopping center a few minutes walk also brings a real + Not to mention the hotel, very beautiful, classy, the staff is adorable. They answered all my questions and concerns. I also appreciated the refreshments available. And the photobooth is really great for a souvenir. The rooms are beautiful and very clean I left a note for the maids to thank them. Given my great experience, I will definitely come back. Coming from Montparnasse there are 30 min by metro 2 change and we are there. Really easy I am more than satisfied 🎉

My Uber was driving around in ever decreasing circles as we couldn't find this hotel. But then La Defense is pretty impenetrable by car so I shouldn't have been surprised. Finally made it to reception to be greeted by a lot of smiling faces and the news that my room had been upgraded. The room itself (I had no idea what it had been upgraded from) was great - big double bed, plenty of space, soft towels. I tried the TV but there were only the usual channels. It would be nice (and perhaps expected in an hotel like this) to have a smart TV so I could login to my accounts but no. I had a fantastic caesar salad for dinner via room service, although the ordering method was slightly convoluted (via an app which you needed to scroll through to find the right bit - sounds straightforward but it wasn't completely). The bed was really comfortable and no noise from outside. In the morning the shower was powerful and hot and easy to use (not always the case first go). So friendly staff, nice room, good food, and tip-top shower - that's really all you want or need from a hotel.

Very good location, close to the new Arc de Triomphe, is the CBD center. The attitude of the service staff is particularly good. The rooms are spacious and bright, the balcony is comfortable and the facilities are new. Next time I go to France, I will book this hotel!

We had the best time at Mama Shelter La Defense. The hotel staff were all really friendly & helpful. Our room was a good size and the bed was SO comfortable. We went to the penthouse a couple times for drinks and the diner once for breakfast and everything was really delicious. The diner breakfast option was really good value. We also found the location, while further out, is really well connected and you’re in central Paris in no time. We will no doubt come back to this hotel again as we regularly visit Paris and this was a perfect experience.

This week I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. On my first night I woke up in the middle of the night feeling itchy and I could feel there was something in my bedsheets. I turned the lights only to find out there was about a dozen bedbugs in my bed and pillows. Imagine the sensation!!! This horrible things were all over my head, my face and my body.... I took some pictures and recorded some video as well. I went down to the lobby and asked for a room change, which they did. The morning after I spoke to the manager and showed him the video. He couldn't believe it and said the hotel was brand new. I showed him allthe bites on my face, neck and arms. He offered they would compensate me somehow, and and offered an apology. Later that day I found out that they had compensated me with the glorious amount of 6,000 fidelity points, equivalent to €100!!! I went back and respectfully told themanager that such comepensation seemed ridiculous. He agreed and offered to increase it to an amount we agreed verbally. As I got back home, I checked my Accor fidelity point balance. They increased the compensation but clearly not in the amount we agreed. Terrible experience x 2: bedbugs + false promises.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel, we picked up bed punishes on the body, big buttons appeared. We had not reported the problem during the stay because we didn't know what was happening. We thought it was only itching, spider pips and ephemeral buttons but not. Once we returned home, we were directly at the doctor who confirmed that they are beautiful and well-buttoned because of bed punishment. Soon, we remind the hotel to make a report on the problem, the monsieur de l'accueil, begin to be incomprehensible at the phone to and worry about comments we were going to put on Booking instead of asking for our state and presenting Excuse me. In addition, the shower courtyard is very dirty with blue color on. In short, room 301 ”named Henri IV” never accept there are punishes unless you love the punishes. Then, the monsieur confirms me by the phone that as soon as we arrived, he didn't like us (i.e., if he did not give us the room with a red hairdryer) . to note also that he has a hurry is that they posted this comment and that he answers us.

Very cute, small hotel close to the metro. Reasonably priced even for the Rugby World Cup. Room and bathroom small but spotless. Bed very comfortable. My only fault was the small shower. Rugby playing family had a tight squeeze but the water force was strong. Breakfast was continental and very nice and fresh. Lovely staff and the big bonus was parking around the corner for €13 a day which is a major plus. I would definitely come here again and highly recommend. Incidentally there’s a lovely French restaurant down the road…very authentic and great food and staff called Brasserie Le Flore. Again very reasonably priced.
