Not the first time in this hotel. Polite and very pleasant staff (special thanks to the young man at the entrance and the girls at the reception!). The spa area has several saunas and a swimming pool (not enough sun loungers).
Delicious breakfasts in a pleasant atmosphere.
What we don’t like: the hotel is often used for wedding celebrations, so be prepared for this if you arrive on weekends and immediately ask for rooms away from the restaurant (in our case, the reception took into account the wishes)
I also note that in the rooms overlooking the atrium there is no coffee machine (it’s a little strange for a hotel of this level to see bags of instant coffee in the minibar)

Overall, it's great. It's a new hotel. The rooms are very modern and there are many paintings in the corridor. It takes more than half an hour to walk to Ye Palace. The spa provided is a large bath. If you need to wear a swimsuit, I didn't go.

Мы с удовольствием уже отдыхали в этой гостинице, но к сожалению, после этой поездки вернуться не хочется! На просьбы поменять номер из-за шума отдыхающей пары по-соседству персонал гостиницы не реагировал! В итоге мы 2 ночи провели без сна и отдыха! Ужасная некомпетенция! Это не уровень 5 звездочной гостиницы! Меры никакие приняты не были, кроме «разговора» с другими гостями!
