The hotel is visually stunning, especially at night, and has wonderful views. Some of the staff, however, seem uninterested in the guests. While is would stay there again, I believe they could do better with very little effort. Some of the team, not all, just seemed unmotivated.

The service at this hotel was spectacular! The facilities were lovely and the crew was constantly making it even better. Newly painted, excellent food, a lovely pool and a top rate view. An oasis of calm after visiting the city and temples of Pushkar. The staff really went above and beyond what could be expected. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone lucky enough to visit this beautiful city. CT. Ann Arbor, Michigan

This hotel is a gem in Pushkar. We visit a lot for business so require somewhere out of the hussle and bussel of the town but close enough to walk in and Gulab Niwaas fits the bill perfectly. The room was very pleasant with a conformable bed, spotlessly clean and a nice little terrace/balcony area. The restaurant serves the best food in Pushkar, we has several great evening meals, breakfasts and there cafe area serves fresh coffee, not easily found in Pushkar. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble and they are so friendly, helpful but always professional, particularly Mukkesh and Aveenesh. We will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed for couple of days with my family and I must say what a memorable stay it was ...my family really really enjoyed our stay with their great service and hospitality and highly recommend this place at least once if you are in puskar ...

We have travelled puskar as we are eager to see the puskar and we choose gulab niwas palace and later on we thought that was our best decision ever with that ambience the location all over the stay and experience was fabulous... We really enjoyed the puskar far better ...thanks to their all team to make our stay extraordinary

Few days ago we were goes to pushkar.and we were choose gulab niwas palace ,from searching online.this is our lose making trip.because when we reached there ,we see room quality is not good ,in this budget.we are calling again and again at reception and cafe,but they didn't answer.

When we are in pushkar ,we were stayed at gulab niwas palace .there staff was lazy .they are not serious in work and them job.there is mouses are suffering in there cafe And cockroaches and fly also.its non hygienic in anyway.so it's not to prefer you

We are in pushkar last month.and staying at gulab niwas palace.they have few staff,they did nt see you ,if you some needs.and service telephone nobody pick.and in rainy season Many place have leakage at reception,and other places. Its all of wet
