Stay was cancel-led still did not get refund. Even booked a complaint but no response from make my trip or hotel

This resort has very limited staff. Room service and basic amenities were missing. Toilet flush was not working. Here in mmt it is mentioned smoking, drinking is not allowed but resort manager allowed the crowd to smoke and drink openly. Food taste was the worst. Not satisfied with the visit.

Nice open rooms. Power outages frequent. Food not good. Lot of amenities to keep you busy. Main road to hotel is very dirty.
