Location and Property is very beautiful but not properly taken care by management. You will find flies in the restaurant and buffet food quality is not upto marriot standards. If you go for ala carte then you will get proper food else in buffet you will get tasteless food . When I went for shower then I find that there is only shampoo and conditioner and no body wash is available for bath. There are some silly mistakes that they had done. We went for relaxation but these some silly mistakes spoiled our mood.

Our stay in Westin was really comfortable and the STAFF were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with a smile Breakfast buffet was delicious and chef Mr Ajay and team was wonderful they made the most delicious heart shaped pan cake for us The hotel's overall ambiance was luxurious the best part was those small surprises they prepared for us. Preeti was always there to assist us and made us feel like home they took our picture when we checked in and gifted us a photo frame when we checked out that was such a nice thing to remember. We are thankful to housekeeping manager and staff who decorated our room as we were there for a special occasion. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable Stay.

We had the best experience of a five start hotel at Westin, Pushkar. Right from the welcome to the breakfast to all the food and amenities, everything was great. Entire team at Westin was wonderful. Special mention to Preeti (front office executive) and the entire f&b team and front office team as well for there lovely service and always helping nature. We will surely go there again and recommend everyone specially with kids to not miss this property as this 100% kids oriented hotel.
