Kamar 54 AC Ekonomi, 2 malam.
Ac (tipe split/window) bocor, kalo gak ditalangi ember, muncrat kemana-mana. Tidak ada remote Ac untuk mengatur AC sesuai yg diinginkan.
Shower pecah/bocor sehingga gak optimal untuk mandi, air balik lagi ke arah bawah gak keluar layaknya shower normal.
Gorden sangat kotor/dekil, entah berapa tahun gak dicuci.
Flush toilet kurang berfungsi
Banyak semut.
Bantal/kain dalam lemari sebaiknya diambil/cuci karena sangat menjijikkan.
Hari ke 2 gak dikasih air botol.
Yg baik:
Seprei, selimut, sarung bantal bersih, bisa tenang tidur.
Ada air panas.
Check in cepat.
Hotel menghubungi/respon wa setelah order konfirm.
Harap diperbaiki kekurangannya. Hotel harusnya jd tempat yg bersih & nyaman untuk istirahat.
