This hotel is a kilometer from the main town on an excellent site. PROS The common areas are spacious and clean. The internet worked well. The TV had lots of stations. The bathroom design was very modern, unlike the bedroom. CONS The hotel only served breakfast and has NO water, tea or coffee (or hairdryer) we were told to go to the local mini market. The room was very basic (one pillow)and the view was obstructed by a wall which was very disappointing. Overnight the air-conditioning did not work so we couldn't sleep and in the morning the modern shower only produced a spurt of brown water then stopped. The hotel did not offer a solution. It looks like the hotel is falling on hard times, it has the look of a once grand hotel. Personally I would try another establishment.

PARA NADA RECOMENDABLE. PRUEBEN EN OTRO LADO Esta a 10 cuadras del centro de Purmamarca, la bajada es fácil, la subida es complicada. Hay servicio de remises. La atención es pésima. Tal es asi que en un momento pedimos agua caliente para el mate en el desayunador y nos dijo que teniamos que pedirla en recepción, lo hicimos y el de recepción fue a buscar agua al desayunador. Nunca nos repusieron el jabón de las duchas, El histérico del dueño, te trata de ignorante , por no saber abrir la canilla, cuando en realidad, estan invertidas y donde dice fría sale caliente y viceversa. lA PILETA, UNA MUGRE, SIN MANTENIMIENTO IMPOSIBLE DE USAR

Our second stay at the hotel. A beautiful experience. The only complaint: the rude and scornful manners and lack of training of the receptionists. Their attitudes towards visitors was really shameful.

We got a room (A1) which was the worst!! You could hear people passing by in the hallway in the morning! And the breakfast area was above the room so you could smell the coffee and the noises of people. The bathroom had no place to put the perfumery things. Inside the bathroom there was a sauna!! Why??? In Jujuy!! Better to use that space to make the bathroom bigger. Very small room. The split was shining on us!! We couldn't sleep! And the light in the morning was in our faces!! Bad breakfast!! There was nothing special!!

It is advertised as a spa hotel with a restaurant but it does not have such services. It is just a hotel with normal rooms that offers a minimum service with breakfast. There is no fridge in the rooms. It is quite far from the center of Purmamarca. Not everything is bad, I want to highlight the attention of Rocio who was very kind and attended to my request when asking to change rooms because the TV was not working properly and the blackout was broken in the room they initially gave me. Beyond the good service of the staff, I would not recommend it. It is overrated.

A hotel that is NOT suitable for people with reduced mobility. They sold it to us with a RESTAURANT that does not work. A spa that does not work. And you cannot even have a coffee after hours. The room had no place to put the suitcases (2 medium-sized ones), very small beds and although the bathroom is large and complete, there is not even a hanger to hang a garment or the towels themselves, which they ask us to take care of if they do not need to be washed. Average breakfast.

Unpleasant experience, we stayed with the chalet which are 2 bedrooms and a living room. The rooms are very old, old sheets and pillows, there is no air conditioning, wifi does not work in the room, only at the reception. Restaurant was closed, breakfast was just half moon, toast, cheese and ham and fruit salad, nothing else.

Pegadinha. Por fora, hotel lindo. Caro. Café da manhã o pior que peguei na Argentina, super resumido. Quarto frio, ar e aquecedor não funcionam. Chuveiro não esquenta bem. Estamos em 3 quartos, nenhum dos quartos o chuveiro foi bom. Pagamos R$ 800,00 para 1 diária, e foi a pior experiência que tivemos na Argentina. Viajando de moto, paramos em muitos lugares mais simples e muito melhores.

Un desastre, la empresa Rapel nos ubicó en este hotel que lo único que garantizó es una habitación sin agua caliente, no tenés en el hotel un lugar dónde tomar un café o comprar agua y estás a un kilometro del centro. El desayuno humilde menos que básico. Para nada recomendable.
