For every service, be it housekeeping, request for Tea coffee amenities or say any service there is always an delay. I stayed for 4 nights and I could never connect to WiFi, all they say is we are getting it fixed. Despite multiple requests for room cleaning, they never clean the room and even when they cleaned the room they did not change the linens saying we do not have enough linen. Probably my worst stay at any hotel. If anyone plans to visit puri, look for other options which are better. This is worst kinda service i have ever experienced.
