It was our second stay at the hans coco palm resort. Its wonderful again. Cleanliness, pool, food, room and room service everything was very good.

One of the worst resort hv seen in my life, no staff, no service's, not able to provide brake fast.
From 9.30 am they will push guest to vacant the room, with out any call room services people will come for luggage collect.
Manager is uneducated, no luggage pick up service.

A very beautiful and peaceful stay. Big and clean swimming pool. Comfortable room with relaxing sea view. Just walking distance from the sea beach. Food was kid friendly. My daughter loved the homestyle Chicken jhol and the bread omelette toast. Very helpful, friendly and experienced staff.

Had 3 night stay. Location was excellent in that it was away from the crowded places. Food was very good. Service was very good. However the property is a bit old and the upkeep could be improved somewhat.

the check in process was smooth... the room was kept ready for us... the room was cosy and tidy... because it's an old property there are certain repairs that needs to be done... but the rooms do have a vintage charm... our balcony had views of the pool and sea from far... room service was prompt and food tasted good... swimming pool is well maintained and supervised constantly... there is a gate which opens directly into the beach and new marine drive road... so access to beach is easy... breakfast was a good spread and variety of options was available... overall a pleasant experience.
the only suggestion that I want to give is apart from maintainance, they can also work towards sustainable approach...the first step can be by removing plastic packaged drinking water bottles and replacing them with glass bottles and refilling them whenever required.

The ambience of the hotel is very very nice. The pool, food, staff, and all other amenities were just superb. The only con part is that the room interior is not so tempting. It's very basic.

I had a medical emergency for which I was unable to travel. But the hotel denied giving any refund. Do not recommend this hotel.
