Pathetic experience. The guys don’t have the basic courtesy of behaving with the customer in a professional manner. The lady especially at the reception was extremely ill behaved and rude. And this hotel by no way is a 4 star hotel, i am stunned how this hotel claims to be a 4 star hotel. Even 3 star hotels are better maintained and have well behaved staffs

The hotel is right on the beach road. It gives a good view of the sea. The staff are cooperative and helpfull. Hassel free check in and out. Will definitely recommend the hotel

I had booked two rooms, one presidential suite and one delux room. Both were worth the money. Hotel staff was top notch. They helped us having rooms on same floor, my mom was very happy and my wife too. The location was great. But the hotel staff was best. They made our stay very beautiful.
