Poor service, saaf safai ki koi byawastha ni, pani jo diya wo pani pine layak ni, staf ki kama ke karan kuch kahne pr bhi jldi solution ni ho pat a tha

When we went for darshan in puri we booked a room at narmada bhavan hotel through phone pay and that too through make my trip so glad we went.

The hotel location is good, just approx 500m from shri jagannath temple. The rooms are also good in that price. But the staffs were not that good, kinda of a bit rude and egoistic.

It was very bad room were dusty no foot mats were outside of bathroom. Worst worst. I don’t know how it can cost upto 2000 make my trip you should take action.
