This property is located in deep and narrow street thus 4 wheeler vehicles are normally not allowed by police administration. That's why my vehicle dropped me on the 2 km away road.Then I had to take battery rickshaw to reach property.

They never picked the phone. When I asked why they weren’t picking the call they said they were not on the counter and phone was silent. He started arguing with us. They gave us the room with broken geyser. When I asked them to fix or change the room they again rudely refused to help. Next day when I asked for hot water bucket they refused and disconnected my phone. Then they never picked my phone. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody because in case of emergency the hotel people will not respond.
