We were treated very badly by the owner, a person not suitable for a hospitality business, given that the problem was the age, cleanliness and noise of the room. Old warehouses used as rooms and in addition uncomfortable beds and mattresses to be thrown away. Believe me, a nightmare experience!

La struttura è curata, a due passi da uno dei mari più belli d’Italia e da piccoli centri davvero carini come Torre Lapillo e Porto Cesareo. La camera quadrupla prenotata da noi era spaziosa e soprattutto pulita all’arrivo ed ogni giorno al rientro dal mare. La colazione è abbondante e variegata ed il personale sempre gentile e disponibile, Simone in primis. A migliorare ancora di più il tutto la possibilità di prenotare attraverso Simone un ombrellone al Samana Beach, un luogo di puro relax e divertimento con tutti i servizi possibili a disposizione. Unico neo la piscina non utilizzabile in struttura ma speriamo che presto lo sia, sarebbe la ciliegina sulla torta.

Struttura trascurata,proprietario pessimo,camere sporche e fatiscenti. Sconsiglio vivamente di andare presso questa struttura,la struttura e fatiscente,la piscina non funzionava ma è il meno,stanze terribili,letti e materassi vecchi . SCAPPATE!

Lu sule, lu mare, lu ientu.
I loved this place. The room was just fine, but what made the difference was the staff. Everyone, and I mean everyone, from the owner to the person who replaces your toilet paper rolls, was just great. Friendly, dedicated, always smiling and ready to help. The staff at the beach facility were just as wonderful. A truly wo derful experience all around.

Abbiamo trascorso una bella e rilassante settimana di vacanza in Salento. Struttura molto curata con camere ampie, pulite e molto ben organizzate. Ottima la colazione. Bellissimo giardino con piscina. Possibilita di prenotare il giorno prima un ombrellone al lido Samanà anch'esso molto ben organizzato. Un grazie a Simone che si è preso cura di noi al B&B e un grazie ad Ivan che si è preso cura di noi al lido. Siete davvero in gamba! Complimenti.

Il posto potrebbe essere molto bello se vi fosse una migliore manutenzione. Le camere sono spaziose e ben arredate, ma la zanzariera della nostra camera era rotta. Inoltre durante il nostro soggiorno vi sono stati grossi problemi con l'acqua del bagno: il primo giorno era salata (ci hanno detto un guasto al depuratore), il secondo giorno è mancata (per un guasto alla pompa).

Durante il nostro soggiorno in Salento abbiamo dormito in questo bed and breakfast. Ambiente bello e confortevole. Buona pulizia. Accoglinza ottima. Giardino e piscina curati. Parcheggio all interno della struttura provvista di cancello elettrico. Colazione ottima. Si può raggiungere il mare a circa 600 metri. Rapporto qualità prezzo ok. Lo consigliamo.
