I am responsible for booking hotels for my employees, and I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is amazing, and Michele at the front desk is particularly helpful. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to ensure that our business needs are met. I appreciate her assistance in providing special rates for our company. Thank you for your excellent service!

We arrived around midnight after flying in. The receptionist was very friendly and courteous. When we entered the room, it smelled strongly of sewer gas. With it being so late already, we did not want to go look for another hotel so we turned on the ac/fan on high and dealt with it, waking up with headaches the next morning. Upon opening the shower curtain, we also noticed mold on the shower tile grout in several areas. Absolutely would not recommend staying here.

My girl friend and I stayed at this location on Sunday, March 7. In booking the room Shannon at the front desk was most helpful and personable. The room was clean with many amenities. However when we came down stairs the next morning the breakfast was much below pare. There was no coffee available, no toast or bagels, and the only fruit was several apples and 2 bananas that were several days old. The staff has to brew coffee since they could not get the machine to work. There were only 6 or 7 small boxes of cereal which were gone within 10 minutes of our arrival to the area. I realize restrictions are in place as a result of Covid, but this breakfast selection was small at best. The staff kept telling folks that complained that the ”truck comes tomorrow” whatever that means. Management had to know that food selection would be low, so they could have planned adequately. We were disappointed since I have stayed at this chain previously and have always been pleased with the experience.

I paid for a 5 night suite overlooking the water from the 1st night there we had problems getting in and out of the corridor doors and our room. We had to walk back and forth everyday more than once daily to the front desk and get new keys just to be able to get in our room or the hotel itself if coming from any entrance but the main front door. This was such a Hassel for us and it was happening to all the guests we talked to and our friends in the next room . Management came and changed the battery to my room lock but that did not take care of the problem it still kept messing up and the corridor doors . We had to place towels in corridor doors to keep them open a bit to not be locked out and then pray we could get in our room . It was such a hassle that even though the location is great it's on the Riverwalk it was a lot of money for such an inconvenience. I did have a member I believe his name was rob credit me 1 nights stay and help me get in my room a few times by bringing me new keys to the 2nd floor and down the hall to my room as he knew how much of a hassle it was on a daily basis but for the money I paid and the hassle I'm not sure if I will ever go again its a shame as it was a fave of mine in the past. We had other issues tv didn't work 2 nights out of 5 but the key problem was by far the problem and I kept them separate from my wallet as to not de activate them by my keys or other cards as I know that sometimes does it. And the rooms have no safes in them to lock up any valuables which was not good as I actually kept my room door pried open with a towel 1 night as to save myself from the hassle of being locked out again
