Hotel with an excellent location, mainly outside of the high season. The rooms are a little small but comfortable. Breakfast is good for a hotel of its category. And, most importantly, the warmth and good disposition of all its staff.

Hotel with an excellent location. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Torn towels and stained sheets. Not to mention the inconvenience of a smoker in the next room. We complained twice and only after asking for a room change due to the unbearable smell was anything done. Very simple breakfast. The door to our room didn't close properly.

Excelente ubicación. Todo el personal 10 puntos, desde administración hasta mucamas, siempre pendientes de lo que necesitáramos. Habitación chica, pero limpia, ducha con mucha presión, lo necesario. O hotel é muitíssimo bem localizado, bem na Península, perto de tudo. O atendimento é ótimo, destaque para Martín, muito atencioso. O quarto quádruplo tem um ótimo tamanho e a roupa de cama e travesseiros são maravilhosos. Porém, precisa muito de manutenção: a banheira estava quebrada, o secador não funcionava, a porta estava emperrada. O café é razoável, poderia ser melhor. Mas o saldo foi positivo.

A melhor parte do hotel é a localização! É excelente, perto de tudo! Os quartos são pequenos, porém aconchegantes. Um dos funcionários é maravilhoso! Mais atencioso que o Rolando é impossível! Meninas da limpeza também muito simpáticas. Piscina aquecida ok também. Agora vamos ao negativo: é totalmente dividido em fora de temporada e na temporada. As fotos que colocam é da alta temporada! O ofurô e as cadeiras no roof top são desmontados e colocados na academia, que dia atolada de bagulho. Academia essa que além de muito limitada, não tem nenhuma manutenção como esteira que deu choque ou halteres sem dupla e quebrados. Tive problema com o ar condicionado que não ficava abaixo do 21° por nada! Rodamos 3 quartos pra achar um que estivesse funcionando direito. O café das fotos também é exclusivo da alta temporada! Na baixa temporada tem bem menos variedade que nas fotos. Fiquei 5 dias e ovo só dois dias, pão só de forma e media luna. Nada de bolos ou qualquer outra coisa quente. Um dos recepcionistas vendeu passeio se forma errada pra mim e pra mais um casal. Quase não fizemos o passeio pela falta de informação correta.
