Hotel com ótimo custo benefício. Localização excelente, banheiro bom, parece que foi reformado recentemente, cama e travesseiros confortáveis.. Não posso opinar sobre o café da manh, pois optei pela reserva sem café.

The sofas have seen better days, just for starters. The so called “apartments” are a sad cubicle with no chairs, smelling like urine, painted by a drunk, you can hear all what is going on all night and the main view is someone’s bathroom. The garage is a rush hour game, and they let stray dogs sleep in front of reception. No concessions when you try to run away from thi hell hole though. You have been warned.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. Terrible experience. FALSE ADVERTISING. We had a reservation where it was stated FREE PARKING, in the hotel webpage it is stated FREE PARKING but were forced to pay USD10 per night (10 nights) for the parking although we had evidence on booking reservation and hotel page that parking is FREE. The manager (Mark) mistreated us, no customer service skills, laughed at our face, made fun of us, it was TERRIBLE. The staff at the hotel very friendly, the location ok, the hotel is not what you see in pictures. The manager should not be working as a manager with the way he treats people. Every day there was someone complaining at reception in regards to parking, free buffet, unclean rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

La amabilidad de los chicos que están en recepción, la ubicación inmejorable. A media cuadra de Gorlero y una cuadra de Playa El Emir. La habitación muy confortable, camas comodisimas. Relación precio calidad 10 puntos.

Hotel simples mas confortável. Cama boa, espaço do quarto ok. Ficamos em quarto quádruplo e ter só um banheiro não é muito fácil. Café da manhã bem simples, mas muito gostoso. Infelizmente estava extremamente desorganizado para a quantidade de hóspedes que haviam (estava tendo uma competição mundial de ciclismo e muitas delegações estavam hospedadas ali), isso dificultou muito a organização, não tinha café nem comida a maior parte do tempo, poucas pessoas pra repor e limpar, não tinha onde sentar, etc. o café foi a única parte complicada. O ponto alto do hotel é, definitivamente, o Maluma. Maluma é o cachorro que fica por lá e nos 4 dias ele nos acompanhou pela cidade toda, um amor! Vamos sentir falta dele! A localização é excelente, muito central e da pra fazer muita coisa a pé.
