The sofas have seen better days, just for starters. The so called “apartments” are a sad cubicle with no chairs, smelling like urine, painted by a drunk, you can hear all what is going on all night and the main view is someone’s bathroom. The garage is a rush hour game, and they let stray dogs sleep in front of reception. No concessions when you try to run away from thi hell hole though. You have been warned.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. Terrible experience. FALSE ADVERTISING. We had a reservation where it was stated FREE PARKING, in the hotel webpage it is stated FREE PARKING but were forced to pay USD10 per night (10 nights) for the parking although we had evidence on booking reservation and hotel page that parking is FREE. The manager (Mark) mistreated us, no customer service skills, laughed at our face, made fun of us, it was TERRIBLE. The staff at the hotel very friendly, the location ok, the hotel is not what you see in pictures. The manager should not be working as a manager with the way he treats people. Every day there was someone complaining at reception in regards to parking, free buffet, unclean rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

El lugar muy lindo. Buen gusto. Muy buen punto. Cerca de todo. Excelente atención. Tienen un perro adoptado ♥️re tranqui, Maluma. Buen ambiente. Los cuartos con linda decoración, modernos. Buena calidad. Comodidades. La limpieza excelente. La verdad ampliamente recomendable.

Excelente ubicación. Cómodas la habitación y la cama. Buena presión de agua en la ducha, destacada la limpieza de los espacios y los artículos, sábanas, etc. Amable atención. Un aspecto a mejorar es la ailación acústica de las habitaciones ya que se escucha el ruido de las contiguas en la noche.

Muy cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado. Volvería a elegir este hotel, ya que me pareció todo muy correcto, la habitación estaba perfecta. Nos pudimos mover por el centro caminando, pudiendo dejar el auto en el parking. Buena relación de precio y calidad.

Estuvimos un matrimonio una semana en septiembre y nos resultó muy agradable. La decoración del hotel muy alegre en la recepción. Amabilidad y disposición por parte de todo el personal. Las habitaciones limpias y confortables. El estacionamiento cómodo en la parte abierta, no tanto en la techada, si el automóvil es grande. Una excelente ubicación, a mano de todo lo que se necesita y muy cerca de la rambla. Seguramente volveremos.

Ofrecen parking pero luego de contratarlo no hay lugar ni ofrecen una solución. La condición para hospedarme era poder tener un lugar donde estacionar mi auto. La limpieza deja mucho que desear y las fotos que muestran de las habitaciones son mucho mejores de lo que las habitaciones son en realidad. El aire acondicionado goteaba adentro de mi habitación.
