Location: you can see the beach from the balcony and it's about a 5 minute walk to get there. The balcony is perfect to enjoy the sunrise. The area is very calm but windy. To the city center you walk between 10-15 minutes. There you can expect a street with restaurants and bars. Hotel: they have a pool with medium warm water. The room was additionally equipped with a safe, TV, air-conditioner, minifridge, a microwave, a coffee machine and a water heater. The shower had a massage function, but I never used it. But get ready to wait a while for the water to get hot. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast: The super friendly receptionist brought our breakfast up to the rooms. The variation of the food was good. Activities: The national Park Santa Theresa is for free and only takes a 10 minute drive (I can recommend a visit). Depending on the season you can surf.

Hotel en mal estado: la TV y la cisterna del baño no funcionaban, todo descuidado y sucio, incluyendo las sábanas con pelos. La recepcionista de mal humor y poco amable. El desayuno fue pésimo, con jamón en mal estado. No vale la pena, hay opciones mucho mejores.

Hotel sucio, descuidado, no le funciona ni la TV ni la cisterna. Baño con hongos y sucio. Sábanas con pelos y amarillas. Camastros del balcón rotos. Piscina con hongos. Desayuno en mal estado. Encargada mal educada, agresiva. Las colchones para cambiar hace años. 200 dólares por noche para pasar de terror.

Decepcionante! Horrible todo! Gente que atiende mal educada. Sufrimos hasta malos tratos y gritos con violencia por reclamar puertas abiertas. Puerta abierta contra pared al llegar de la playa sin nadie dentro. Tuvimos que abandonar 3 noches antes de nuestra estadía por inseguridad y miedo. Estafados es poco!!!!! Mucho cuidado!!! Veo mucho comentario dudoso con alta puntuación que no lo vale. Todo espantoso. Lean y presten mucha atención ya que al ver ahora no somos los únicos.

Un desastre. No cumplen con los servicios que ofrecen en su página web. Pagamos cara la estadía ya que la relación precio/calidad no condice para nada. En la habitación no teníamos WiFi. El aire acondicionado frío/calor sólo enfriaba. Pasamos frío durante la noche. La transmisión por cable de la TV se cortaba y quedaba sin señal. La vajilla que ofrecían era de 4ta, igual que las toallas que estaban manchadas. Todo estaba descuidado. Piso de la ducha roto. Camastro del balcón sin cobertor, etc, etc. La frutilla del postre, la encargada: una maleducada, muy poco servicial para resolver todos los problemas que tuvimos, cero empatía. Nunca volvería ni lo recomiendo. Me sentí estafada por el dueño.

La habitación no era la reservada, tanto la ropa de cama como las toallas , no eran cambiadas y se encontraban en malas condiciones. El baño presentaba una cortina de ducha , toda sucia. El baño no tenía cerámica. Rescatable , el desayuno y la vista al mar. Alguno de los empleados le ponían voluntad. Creo que el precio no es acorde a lo que se ofrece. Lamentablemente, mala experiencia.
