Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita

Amazing stay in this beautiful property. Grounds and service were impecable. Room and Sunsets were a dream!

The entire guest service right from arrival till departure was excellent. All our request was fulfilled immediately with a smile on face.

We had dinner this evening at Parrot Fish in Punta Mita Mexico & the experience was amazing! A lovely restaurant with delicious food, great ambience & attentive waitstaff. Lobster with fettuccine , their version of fried chicken, apps & dessert….amazing!

We had a large dinner out on the beach that looked nice but did not agree with our stomachs. I have lived in Mexico for two years and could instantly tell that something with the food was wrong after having eaten. I was up for a good portion of the night dealing with that.

Beware the taxes and service charge. We pre-paid to have "up to 25% off," only later to find out that taxes on top of the quoted rate are 21% of VAT, and another 15.08% is added for service charge (not 13% as advertised). So a total of 36.08% was added to the "discounted" room rate.

I’m used to some diarrhea in the pool but not that much diarrhea. I loved the cabana boys but not so much the diarrhea.

What an amazing place to stay! Such beautiful beaches, amazing facilities and welcoming staff. We had the best time and enjoyed a luxury level experience with excellent food. The spa, massage and gym were fantastic too although it gets very busy in the afternoon.

Punta Mita easily became one of our favorite resorts. The main pool is in a great central location with views of both beaches. In the afternoon there was some shade in part of the pool which was great. There were always chairs available around the pool and staff to set you up with towels at a moment's notice. The main pool was quiet enough that we never even ventured to the adults only pool. Unfortunately the lazy river was closed for maintenance or renovation during our trip. The beaches were great as well. We were mostly at las manzanillas beach since our room was a few steps from the sand. Again, there were always chairs available there with the thatched umbrellas over for some shade. Very relaxing for us. The water was a great temperature at Labor Day to swim, although it's not quite as tranquil as the Caribbean (which was just fine with us). The workers constantly stop by to bring you insulated cups of water or take your order for something more. The beach was my wife's favorite spot to eat, especially their delightful chicken nachos. The restaurants were good as well. We probably liked Dos Catrinas the best with beautiful ocean views. The drinks were good but they had a somewhat limited bar so they couldn't make a few of the drinks that we preferred. We stayed in a beachfront room that we really enjoyed. The room was very comfortable with a small outside area to sit. The housekeeping service was top notch as well. The resort seemed fairly busy during our stay but never crowded. It is in a great location on a gated peninsula to feel very safe for my wife and no crowds from other resorts to contend with. We will definitely be back to Punta Mita many times in the future.

The amenities of the hotel are incredible!! with an spectacular view to the Pacific ocean; however, what makes the Four Seasons from Punta Mita so wonderful & unique is all of their staff members! Service is amazing! they are all so attentive, very friendly, polite & professional. Special kudos to the staff members at the Spa!! Paola for the warm welcome, and help when we arrived on the first day. Araceli for the great massage & relaxing session, and Katia Vallarta the Yoga instructor she went above & beyond during the yoga session. Her personalized service made the whole experience different!!. Really appreciate that she takes the time know the guest‘s level in Yoga, and which areas we want to focus on, and at the same time adds her rich knowledge in this discipline. I left the Yoga session feeling energized & empowered. Thank you Katia & the rest of the Four seasons team for making this an unforgettable experience !
