I had a great time and ended up extending my stay to spend more time surfing and exploring the town. The hostel provided a great home base for me to explore the town (far enough away from the tourist-y ***** along the water to enjoy the local culture and still close enough to walk to the beach easily). My towels and sheets were soft and there was a great remote-controlled AC system in my solo room. The hostel was also super clean (it was cleaned daily in the morning during my entire stay). The roof top is a gem of a space, great for hanging out at sunset and in the middle of the day to avoid the heat. There's some street noise but overall, noise level depends on the other guests staying at the hostel so I'd recommend bringing ear plugs if you require uninterrupted sleep. Best of all - the staff who I met were helpful, friendly and fun to get to know :) Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable, authentic experience in Punta de Mita!

Our stay at the Punto Mita Suites and Hostal was incredible. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and serviced our room daily. The kitchen was well equipped for making smoothies and guacamole everyday and the location is very close to local eats and a quick walk to the beach. We originally thought it was going to be out of the way but found it very easy to access everything we needed with a quick walk (make sure you get fresh tortillas from the yellow building down 1/2 block). We spent a lot of our time enjoying the upper patio hammocks and juice/coffee bar for sunrise and sunsets and met some great people staying at the hostel. The bed was enormous and comfortable with great AC and black out curtains. The suites are located on the quiet end of town so you get the best sleeps. Seriously cannot speak more highly about this place, we will be back next year in a heartbeat.

Pésimo servicio , no funciona el elevador en un edificio de 4 pisos, no hay apoyo para subir por parte del hotel. Los bufetes son de calidad media y con escasez de personal para bebidas , la atención en Restaurant La Bahía pésima, solo La mitad de las mesas se habilitaron para servicio por falta de meseros y eso que era bufete Aunque es all inclusive el servibar es miserable , solo bebidas baratas , gaseosas y un par de cervezas , cero botanas . Solo dos bellboys para todo el complejo , casualmente estaba comiendo cuando lo solicité.

Decidí viajar en temporada alta a este hotel ubicado en punta de mita, al llegar nos recibieron muy cálidamente, siempre estuvieron al pendiente de nosotros al llegar a la suite nos percatamos de que está muy limpia y amplia, nunca tuve problemas con internet, ni agua caliente, volveré ya que la experiencia me pareció muy agradable
