My Home Hotel Punta Cana

I had to leave, after changing rooms twice...The AC was spotty, and I wasn't comfortable.

I didn't like the bathroom and there was only 2 towels provided which i found weird but the young men front desk attendent was very helpful and kind.

It’s cheap so don’t expect anything extravagant

Tv did not work and it seem the manager knew about it and pretended he was surprised. Rooms were unsecured as if anyone could walk off the street and enter.

The Resort is amazing. The area is beautiful, and if you play golf (very expensive) you can see the most amazing view as at least 9 of the holes run along the ocean. I visited with my wife and my son and his wife and my 8 year old grandson. Beautiful, Beautiful, Beautiful. The 1 bedroom villas were very comfortable and had wonderful outdoor space with a pool and sitting area. The golf was amazing (did I mention expensive) and Nelson, our caddie, made the challenging course very manageable. An international clientele, beach with sand like powder, friendly waves that kids can manage, and beach chairs a plenty. The look is friendly, with amazing thatched roofed buildings that make you feel you are in Caribbean paradise. We had a great time. NOW - the best. Concierge: Alberto - the joy of having all of your needs, problems, what should I do? moments taken care of. Golf:The course was in great shape, challenging holes, hard to stick greens but generous fairways - no trees. Most of all fantastic views. A good caddy is essential for navigating the course. Nelson, our caddy was our guy. He told us where to hit, how to play the wind, and quickly keyed into our abilities (or inabilities) for club selection. The best for last: Massage Therapist: I have issues with my lower back and lately my shoulders and upper back. Yes, I am older. I get massages about once every 4-6 weeks and some are good others not so much. Elisa was exceptional. She worked my shoulders, neck and upper back, and my lower back with deep massage that was unique in my experience. Her stretch of my quads, fairly intense, was surprisingly effective, and I stretch a lot. She is not going to make a crippled person walk or a blind man see but she gave the best massage I have had in a long time. My backache is chronic. I told my family afterwards that I felt buoyant, like I could float. Great place. I'm going back.

Very baaaaaad place. Filthy, dirty, I found 3 different type of bugs in my room and one of them was a cockroach. The room smells naphthaline. The fan was making very load sound so I couldn't use it. The room was very hot. The bedsheets are very old. The bathroom hat some men hair and a stain of an old soap. The area around the place is very sketchy. There is reconstruction around it so it is very noisy. Never again. They should pay us to stay there. The only good thing is the internet was working.

I had booked this hotel and when i got there there was no water and light and no electricity and my and my family with a young child felt very unsafe! we had such a terrible experience and had to sleep on the floors of the airport instead because that seemed more safe than this hotel!!! Im extremely dissatisfied and disappointed that management could not even accommodate or refund us given it was booked within the half hr knowing they had these conditions and situations… Horrible!!!!!
