The service of this hotel was terrible. Staff was not friendly at all and not helpful. Restaurants did not have a good variety and food was not great. We've been to many other all inclusive resorts in Dominican Republic. This one was the worst in terms of service and restaurant quality. MANY rude Europeans here, and they like to stare at you when you eat. Rooms were new and clean, and we liked the beach. Food and service did not meet expectations. Do NOT recommend.

Could not check in until 5 pm the day we landed. It was such an inconvenience due to you guys not paying the property. Such a bad experience.

I had problem check in . They could not find my reservation. They had to charge me for the rate of the night and to wait until tomorrow when the manager here so they can refund me , but other than that everything was great

Overall experience was good, and would return again. The only unfortunate part that there was a lot sea**** on the beach in which you could not enjoy.

Staff was unaccommodating had to request towels everyday. Wine advertised not available. Not enough English spoken, unfriendly and some employees down right nasty. Specialty restaurants I would give a 2**. The service on the beach Romantic dinner was good but it was to windy to enjoy. We will not be returning.

Property landscape was properly maintained however most staff memebers were not the friendliest. Junior sweet rooms need major remodeling. Room showers garuanteed to make you feel claustrophobic. Also if you plan to go to the beach be prepared to be hassled nonstop to buy a tour, or merchandise.

We liked everything except the fact that because of a sell of another property nearby, a lady told us I will pick you up tomorrow morning at8 to show you the property. We tought it was going to be the actual place we were staying at, but we never got an actual information of where everything was because she took us to sell us this property near the place and we never got a chance to find out where everything was, what were our privileges, we found out about our privileges and where we could go and where not to go, etc. It was deceiving, we never read about it on the package we purcha
sed that we needed to go for 90 minutes to a presentation for them to sell us a share time. Not right at all.
