This was an excellent stay. It’s not near the downtown area nor walkable outside resort. You’ll need transportation to leave the resort. We were a couple and it was very nice even though it wasn’t adults only. There was alot of live entertainment at night to keep you busy. We didn’t need to leave the resort and was just fine walking to the beach and going to the pool area. The food was just great. I ate a lot but it seemed more healthy than food in US. I loved the assortment of fruits and vegetables. We did a spa treatment as well. The entertainment was well planned and set up so that there is something different every night. I have no complaints. Next time we come we’ll try an adults only resort.

Stayed at Dreams Macao to attend a wedding. Everything about this vacation was great. The resort was very clean and had lots to do. The area was perfect and the rooms were very very welcoming. The preferred club comes with a butler that caters to your every need as well. We stayed in the preferred club master suit ocean front and will definitely visit again.

This hotel has poor service, dishonest receptionist and no credibility. Thanks to the Ctrip platform for helping solve the problem for a long time.

This hotel is one of the worst in my travel experience. To sum up, 1: There are many restaurants, but each of them is not for you to enjoy the feeling of your vacation. I was in a state of stomach diarrhea for the whole 5 days. 2. The hotel did not choose a good room for you according to the regulations. According to their rhetoric, it is perfunctory for you, changing your entire journey from happiness to unhappiness. 3. If you are not ready to tip you will experience different treatment, poor service to challenge your limits. 4. Many of the room equipment is broken, only a few people can speak English, and it is difficult to understand. Everyone says YES, but they don't understand, Although I was prepared to book the highest-level room in advance, I still suffered disaster. Here I would like to thank Ctrip's after-sales service, they gave me a little comfort.

We found cockroaches in the room. The US$200 cash bonus per room is a fake, we nearly had to beg for it and at the end they chose where to spend it. The food and drinks were terrible. Very dissatisfied!

We loved this property. The location - the beach - the pools - the food - the staff. No complaints!

The room was excellent and well-maintained. However, the only downside was that the food didn't quite meet the standard we've experienced at other accommodations.

Everyone at this resort was lovely. The rooms were clean and spacious. The showers were cute but not practical. We found turning both shower heads on seemed to help keep the water temperature consistent. Water does leak out of the door. We had a butler and only saw him once, but he texted and checked in if we needed anything. Not sure what you would need him for since the app is great and you can request room service, restock water, order room service and check the activities. You are not able to make reservations at restaurants but we only had to wait a few minutes. The food was fine. As an average American woman I found the serving sizes to be quite small. None of the meals impressed me. It was all just fine. I found myself craving fresh vegetables, as there were hardly any offered. The bar located beyond the pool (the one with the swings) was by far the best. They were friendly, never too crowded, made the best drinks. The entertainment team was great - especially for my 10 year old. He is too old for kids club, too young for teen activities. Baby Face and Victor OG made both of us feel welcome and excited to be there. The pools were never too crowded. Tubes are provided for the Lazy River but some people did bring their own for that or the pool. We booked the preferred package but honestly, there was no need. The swim out room would have been fun for my son. Overall.... It was a GREAT trip!!!

First time coming here. It was exceptional. The staff was very awesome and service was great. I will sure come back.

I did not get any of the benefits from paying to level up. Paid for exclusive restaurants that were closed because of private weddings. Our exclusive butler did not follow through with requests. There was nothing gained for the extra expense.

We spent one week at dreams macao beach with our family (two kids under 5). We loved it. They have a nice lazy river with water slide (kids need to be 3ft9 to go on them) and a nice kids pool area. They also have beautiful pools. The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. They love kids and they definitely paid attention to them. The entertainment was good but I wish they started earlier for the kids. They have an arcade with bowling but you need to pay extra and it’s expensive. All in all we loved our stay and would recommend

Wonderful place. Not crowded even though it was sold out. Never waited more than a few minutes for anything. Good size. Not too much walking. Food was good and lots of options.
