This was an excellent stay. It’s not near the downtown area nor walkable outside resort. You’ll need transportation to leave the resort. We were a couple and it was very nice even though it wasn’t adults only. There was alot of live entertainment at night to keep you busy. We didn’t need to leave the resort and was just fine walking to the beach and going to the pool area. The food was just great. I ate a lot but it seemed more healthy than food in US. I loved the assortment of fruits and vegetables. We did a spa treatment as well. The entertainment was well planned and set up so that there is something different every night. I have no complaints. Next time we come we’ll try an adults only resort.

Stayed at Dreams Macao to attend a wedding. Everything about this vacation was great. The resort was very clean and had lots to do. The area was perfect and the rooms were very very welcoming. The preferred club comes with a butler that caters to your every need as well. We stayed in the preferred club master suit ocean front and will definitely visit again.

I had such a great time in Dream Macao, everything was amazing specially the people who were in charge of entertainments and activities wow they were amazing! Diana, William, Marcos, Rosa, Betty, Lindura, Mosna, LeBron, Victor, Diamond and Jhony! Thanks to all for the great time!!

Amazing resort! I wasn't able to use my resort benefits and such only because I was there for a wedding and with my kids. We were busy, but it was a beautiful hotel and stay! I can't wait to go again with just my husband and me!

Best part was the staff. They allowed us to leave at 5pm. No charge. They gave us a room to shower in before we went no charge. They were completely wonderful to us through our stay.
The negative. There phone system. Press delivery for food kept ringing no answer. Front desk kept ringing no answer. Wanted help with the bags pressed bell captain. Kept ringing then went dead. Guys you have to fix this.

Been both to Dreams Macao and Secrets Akumal which are both Hyatt and similar restaurants and amenities.
Very similar -All Inclusive but Dreams is family which was needed for this trip! It worked out well and all employees were quite accommodating to all of our needs. Great experience.
