Upon check-out, the staff asked for my credit to pay one charge. They prinetd my receipt, provided me with a "departure" piece of paper which is useless (why do I need this?!?) othe than to provide tips to the staff when they ask for the departure paper, and then they requested a bellman come over when I only had one bag which I could easily handle. They were so focused on these details, they forgot to give me my credit card back! This angered me when I arrived at the airport to attempted to pay for something and realized I did not have the card. I called the hotel and they asked if "I" could come back to get it?!? Really, you kept my credit card but now you're asking me to come get it?!!. They said that they didn't have anyone that could drive the card to me. This is not what I would call good customer service. I also tried to provide my Hyatt number to receive points for me stay and they said they couldn't take it then and that I should call later and talk to Hyatt. C.mon, really?!?
