Definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for great food, a great time, pleasant amenities & great staff providing excellent service. Shout out to my guy Sopita for always lending a helping hand and attending to our every need. The pool, shows, and drinks were amazing.

Our vacation was great at Sports Illustrated resort. Italian restaurant was very tasty. Service throughout the entire resort is very friendly and welcoming. Pools are also full of fun animated by “Sopita”. Edwin from front desk made sure our needs exceeded expectations. Very well recommended resort!! 5/5 stars!!

Sapita has great energy by the pool, making all feel welcome to join in the fun. The dancers are awesome with some highly skilled tricks that will wow the audience. Jorgito at the bar serves up some great pina coladas. Play darts in a tournament to win cool prizes. Take an excursion for even more fun.

Our vacation at Sports Illustrated Punta Cap Cana was incredible! From the time we landed in the Dominican we had a driver waiting for us outside of customs to take our bags and transport us to the resort. Upon check in the entire friendly staff were waiting in the lobby to greet us to their beautiful resort and country. Amanda and Gal did a great job setting up all the logistics to make our stay as smooth as possible. Martin was a wonderful assistant to us our entire vacation and helped with any and all accommodations we needed from reservations for dinner events to the little day to day items such as ensuring we had cases of water, fruit charcutier, alcohol and even Pepto bismal in the room at all times! When lounging around the numerous pools we could always find the action by locating Sopito keeping it lively anywhere he was to be found. Wascor held down all the main dinner and dining events by ensuring table reservations, tracking down highchairs for our baby, and even bringing exquisite bottles of wine to truly make us feel like VIPs on our stay. Many other shoutouts to the entire staff as everyone was above and beyond friendly, (especially with littles ones) such as Tony, Amanda, Sandy, Jemila, Elisa, Analise, Rafael, Oliver, Olena and Miguel. These were just a couple of the waitstaff we could give a shoutout to but honestly EVERYONE was great and courteous. Couldn’t have enjoyed my time here enough, already planning my next trip back. The only negative I have is that we couldn’t have stayed longer than we already did! Book this vacation ASAP!

A great campus! Lots of beautiful buildings and pools. Promising construction for even more in the future. Sandy, Reuben really served us with distinction! The restaurants were full of interesting and delicious choices like pumpkin and onions, sausage, fish, cheeses, drinks, and desserts.

We had a lot of fun during the stay. Customer service was great despite the many issues with our room. The highlight of our stay was our host/guest care rep, Soprito, so friendly, always helping us out and involved in activities. He made our experience much more fun and relaxed.

Greatest Hotel experience I've Ever had and I've been a few places ! Made lifelong friends with the staff as they were such wonderful kind people. Sopita,Jorgito, Candy, Luisa, Felix, Maria, Alfredo, Sandy, Alfredo, were the Freakin best! Salsa lessons, mini golf, karaoke, badminton, we did it all here. Any accomodations we asked for they made it happen, thankful and blessed to have came here!

What can I say, I'm in love with this resort and it's staff. If you ever need help booking excursions look for Sopitas, and to learn how rumba ask for Candy, a stiff drink ask for Louisa, Sandy, Jorge. I truly recommend this resort the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The staff at the resort was awesome! Sopita kept it fun and entertaining and even joined in our Love in the club part 2 karaoke song! He was always nice and made us laugh! Great entertainment. Alfredo was the man behind the bar and made sure we were always on “Bacation!” Lol And I’ve accepted his nickname for me, “Papi”. Oliver made sure we had our drinks with each meal and table was always cleared, coffee and mimosas were never empty. Sandy was an all around all star! Checked on me constantly throughout the resort. Great supervisor, anything I needed, he got. Accommodations! Hot mess! Room issues, had to ask for wash cloths several times, and they didn’t come. The only reason I would return is for the staff listed above.
