Our stay in Tortuga Bay was magical ! The hotel environment is just so beautiful, extraordinary peaceful, quiet and qualitative. Surrounded by a beautiful Golf siding the sea. Everything is settled to make you experience a wonderful stay. Our room had a beautiful sea view with a terrasse and was very spacious and comfortable. All stay long, we were accompanied by two lovely, very kind and very professional ambassadors, Valentina and Yocasta, who helped us in any demand, request, organization, reservations to make our stay perfect and so easy. No need to worry about anything. Everything was held for us. Thanks to both of her. All the staff, for breakfast (special thanks Alcedo), for our cocktails (special thanks Bernardo), at the restaurant for diner (special thanks Bedi) were so warmly serviable, smily, knowing there job so well. It was a pleasure to see them everyday because they have been contributing so much to our paradise experience. We surely will comeback and I recommend to anyone attracted by a refined place to experience Tortuga bay !

The best ! So much so that I don’t want to talk about it too much so we can keep this paradise as a secret ! But it really is simply the best paradise on earth! Staff are amazing Joe Joe at the beach: simply amazing Acedor at the rrstaurant: amazing service and such a wonderful human being Valentina: amazing service Jocasita: wonderful and amazing The staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. I can’t thank you enough for that we already booked again for next year ! The general manger of this hotel is so caring and she genuinely cares about the guests! She is an amazing GM! Making sure every guest feels at home away from home! Thank you all!

Perfect place to go with family... The Villas are incredible, the staff is really good. Caribe style means not rush, just relax. Everything was spotless, food was delicious, and the beach—absolutely breathtaking. Service was always warm and attentive, and every detail was perfectly taken care of. A truly luxurious and peaceful experience. We’ll definitely be back!

The service and staff are so wonderful. I plan on returning just because of the staff and the rooms are super clean and super nice. I love my stay I felt right at home!!!! And I felt safe and carefree to travel around the resort on the nice golf cart that was provided, or you could ride your bicycles go to the gym workout or to the spa. I recommend Tortuga Bay Puntacana alone just for the great friendly staff and the great service that they provide at a top-notch level. I plan on returning very soon. We had an amazing week here. The service was next level and the rooms and views from the rooms were stunningly beautiful. The bikes and golf cart was the best extra touch as it meant we could explore a bit on our own and enjoy the beach club next door or a visit to La Yola. We can’t wait to return.

Our stay at Tortuga Bay was exceptional from the service, rooms, food and recreational activities. We were active in the Morning biking, hiking at the eco preserve, kayaking and walking along the beach. In the afternoon we would settle at the beach, which is spectacular, to swim and read. We can’t wait to go back next year!

The seamless transfer to the hotel set a luxurious tone, with warm welcomes and refreshing drinks upon arrival. The hotel itself is a stunning blend of elegance and comfort, featuring beautifully designed rooms with breathtaking views. Every detail, from plush bedding to exquisite dining, contributed to an extraordinary stay. The highlight, however, was the golf at Corales. This course is a true gem, offering spectacular views that make each hole a visual delight. The course was in pristine condition, reflecting the dedication of the maintenance team. Each hole presented unique challenges, and the ocean vistas made every swing feel special. The extra strokes we took to soak in the scenery were more than worth it! Overall, this exquisite hotel and golf course surpassed our expectations. With world-class service, luxurious accommodations, and an exceptional golfing experience, we left with memories that will last a lifetime.
