very bad experience first day no hot water they spend all afternoon in my room trying to fix it so i had no privacy and no room availability finally after my permanet request at 10pm they changed us to another villa but air conditionning very poor ...,Expensive place with a 2 star hotel service i will never go back

I recently stayed at this resort, and while the rooms, service, and beach were absolutely amazing, the food left much to be desired. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the beach was pristine, offering a truly relaxing experience. However, the food was a major disappointment. Breakfast was by far the best meal of the day, but everything else was subpar, especially given how much they charge. The quality just didn’t match the price, with meals feeling like an afterthought rather than a highlight. What really surprised me were the prices for cocktails at the beach. After all the fees, a single cocktail could easily run you $25 or more, which felt exorbitant, even for a resort. It made it hard to fully enjoy what was otherwise a beautiful setting. If you’re looking for a place to relax by the beach with great service, this might work for you. But if food is a big part of your vacation experience, be prepared to either lower your expectations or venture off the resort for meals.

I recently had an amazing stay at Eden Roc Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic! The resort is a stunning paradise, with beautiful accommodations and breathtaking views. The beach staff truly made our experience unforgettable. Adrian, Wilson, Cindy, Joanna, and Jendry were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our days by the beach even more enjoyable. I can’t wait to return to this little slice of heaven!

By far the best accommodation, best food, top service and cozy beach in Cap Cana. Pool villas are my favourite accomodation. The friendly staff will make you feel like at home and make sure your stay will be unforgettable. Unique experience to share with family, friends or solo.

Wilson our waiter at Eden Roc is the best waiter I have ever seen in my life. Always smiling, happy, helping us. Such a wonderful professional. I had also a special concierge and she was also perfect. All the staff is 10!!!!.................

Our first trip to the Dominican Republic could not have been any more delightful. The staff at Eden Roc made us feel like royalty. From the seamless pick up at the airport, ease of check-in, fabulous accommodations, personal concierge service for Orlando (who set up my fabulous round of golf at Punta Espada), pristine beach and outstanding food, we could not ask for anything more. This truly was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations. We stayed at a beachside room and enjoyed the gorgeous view and easy access to the beach. Every meal was outstanding. We particularly enjoyed breakfast every morning thanks to Esmeralda and Meylinda at Blue. They greeted us with a smile and made sure we were well taken care of. You must also dine at La Palapa and ask for Carlos. He was a joy to interact with for every meal. For anyone looking to have a low stress, relaxing vacation to recharge, this is the place. The entire staff makes sure that you are well taken care of and don’t have to lift a finger.

I am leaving tomorrow but we had an amazing time at this property,there is no bad side to our stay. Check in was flawless with the butlers melvin and sara checking in whatever we needed,great service but doesn’t feel intrusive. We had a maintenance issue but they resolved it quickly and we didn’t even notice. Food at eden roc is excellent all throughout the property. Palapa,blue,beach club,room service and mediterraneo are all 10/10. We will be back whenever is possible.

Jendry was the absolute best! He was super attentive and had a huge personality and made the trip a blast for me and my wife on our honeymoon! The food is extremely tasty and the drinks are made to perfection! If you come to Eden ROC, find Jendry!
