very bad experience first day no hot water they spend all afternoon in my room trying to fix it so i had no privacy and no room availability finally after my permanet request at 10pm they changed us to another villa but air conditionning very poor ...,Expensive place with a 2 star hotel service i will never go back

Misotis was amazing in every sense of the word, making our stay at Eden Roc an incredible experience. Fresh food, clean amenities, and expedient and kind service was the perfect combination to make anyone feel at home and compelled to return. Can't wait for the next time!

My husband and I had a wonderful three-night stay at Eden Roc Cap Cana to celebrate our 19th anniversary. We stayed in Bungalow 84 and our accommodations were beautiful, private, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, attentive, helpful, enthusiastic, and really took pride in doing their job well. As so many other reviewers have mentioned, Wilson went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed on the beach! We also enjoyed the Beach Bar staff and the room service staff were so kind and gracious as well. The food was all excellent. We loved the Rice and Beans at La Palapa, sushi at Blue, pizza on the beach, and the plantain chips with guacamole were a treat! We only made it to Riva Bar once as it was closed the other nights we were there. I had the most delicious champagne cocktail and the atmosphere was perfect. Lots of pool/beach seating was available. We found a nice spot in between the pool and the beach with a very comfortable “beach bed” - we hardly left that spot for two whole days! The pool is beautiful and the perfect temperature. Our concierge, Abby, did a great job responding to our requests. It was so nice to know that if we needed anything, he was just a text message away.

This is a wonderful property and the staff even exceeds the physical property. We loved La Palapa, the golf course and the workout facility.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days of time here! We stayed in a Bungalow which we really liked the views and privacy of. The resort is beautiful and well kept. Our food was excellent for every meal as was the free breakfasts at Blue. Service was always attentive and friendly. A special thanks to Wilson for his great pool/beach service and Abby for being a great host! Wish we had stayed longer, but we hope to be back in the future!

Wonderful stay, staff are superb, beach and pool area is paradise, amenities as expected from a luxury brand, short drive to airport, weather was sublime, kids had a blast! We did not give 5 stars only because the suites (while spacious, lovely pools, cool etc) are looking a little tired and need refurbishment (mattress wasn't great, no usb sockets, lack of automatic blinds etc) which means they are falling behind similar luxury properties). But recommend the resort especially if staying in the rooms down at the Beach Club as those are more modern.

The entire stay was wonderful. From Orlando’s attention to detail to all of the friendly staff. Such a memorable 4 days. The highlight of our trip was Suly - she is amazing. Her knowledge of wine, the care she took in every aspect of our wine tasting experience was lovely. I can’t compliment Suly enough. Her passion, her energy, her knowledge - what a gem! Thank you!
