This hotel have terrible employees especially supervisor not even friendly very rude disrespectful we had problems with our reservation because for somehow the third party did not inform the hotel that we had 2 kids so the supervisor of the hotel that night called Carlos refused to let us check in if we do not pay them kids as adults as it was as triple price that we paid so we had to go checked in to another hotel for them to find out with their reservation teams due to the fact that we came late so the next day this same supervisor and other staff did not even apologise and talk to us as we are nobody so disappointed and disrespectful not even try to give us discount or accommodate us
Very very bad place even though the decor as stunning
Food was not good as had an allergic reaction after eating something which I never ever had allergies in my life

The resort itself was beautiful but there were pros and cons. More cons than I wanted. Pool closed at 6 pm so no night swimming which left little to do in the evenings. Drinks were weak, drank all day long with no effect. Food was the worst. The buffet was terrible and was really our only option since the snack bar ran out of burgers, basically lived on chips and salsa the entire trip. The restaurants which you needed to make reservations for was a joke. The reservation app didn’t work so you had to wake am up at 6 am to stand in line until 8 am in hopes of getting a reservation. The service was not pleasant. Workers badly made eye contact with you and you always felt like you were bothering them when requesting a beverage or asking a question. The resort has potential if they stopped it up on service, food, drinks and entertainment.

Overall I am satisfied. The advantage is Lazy Pool.. the kids really liked it. Also, the condition of the accommodation was good, the staff was friendly, and there was no charge for an extra bed, which was nice. The downside is that shopping is a bit far and the location is a bit far. Definitely the sea wasn't that good.

Property is well appointed and clean
Loved selection of swimming pools , room was spacious and functional . Really enjoyed balcony and roof top terrace.
Housekeeping was timely and thorough.
Food was actually good . I was particularly impressed that proteins were always perfectly cooked ( not overtired like in many other Caribbean resorts) .
Hotels needs to work to train better restaurant staff - there are lots of them going around but you wait and wait to get cup of coffee or glass of water. A-la card restaurants were OK , but they are missing fruits and veggies on the menu and again service is not great.
Beach is beautiful, but rough for very small children.

Outside bartenders were excellent & very attentive.
Negative feedback-
Servers at reserved dinner restaurants were rude.
Cups weren’t washed properly. Smelled like mouth.
Hair in the ice cream.
Woke up with bite marks resembling bed bugs.
Bathroom in hotel room smells like sewage.

Horrible waitress service we had to wait to get a table to sit at. The room had very strong humidity, they do not have a children's menu, they have a breakfast area for adults only, children cannot enter, very poor service. They need to improve the service...

Property is lovely and caters to a large demographic BUT some areas need to be addressed. There is no swimming beach so do not promote the property as having one. The adjacent lagoon is the only true beach. The rooms are all weathered and showing their age. Furniture is crumbling, ceiling fans vibrate profusely, mold is evident in the bathrooms, in privilege class turn down is sketchy, water is occasionally replenished and the friidge occasionally. Best dining is the privilege breakfast and buffet dinners. For me Sakura was the best with the chefs table, the others were just average.

The privilege section, options, and swim out rooms were fantastic! Responsive butler, good food all around, nice lighthouse and beach. Staff could have been a little more peppy and outgoing but they were friendly enough. One of our best all-inclusive experiences for sure! We would return and we highly recommend!

Great resort, we loved the beach and the ocean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The beach either side of the resort, not owned by them was littered with garbage which was sad to see. Only small complaint was the food could have been warmer, everything was tasty but not very hot.
Huge shout out to our Butler José along with all the other staff, too many to mention by name.
Thank you for making our 25th wedding anniversary trip so special.
