Service was horrible should’ve known before we arrived it would be a disaster tried calling resort to schedule pick up and drop off in advance to and from the airport no one answers and when you finally get someone on the phone they transfer you to so many other lines then hang up. I had specific directions in my booking for birthday cake and decorations our room had nothing. We couldn’t book the restaurant because it was full and it was no other option for us other than to go to the buffets each day. Teresa said she would accommodate us for the inconvenience well guess what she didn’t. This place is a joke. Concierge was the same we call for different problems they don’t answer when I walk over they still take hours to send service to our room for water issues and mini bar refilled. Front desk have attitude. Needs more staff and work on customer service skills.

I really enjoyed staying at Nickelodeon. My kids loved it. There was a sales group that approached us trying ti sell us a package like time share. Where we wasted an entire morning. But they gave us the slime shower which we loved it. We made great memories.

There were very nice staff at this resort, and some unpleasant staff. I experienced some issues with my room that was never resolved during a stay. Lack of hot water, and two areas in the bathroom where the ceiling had fallen down for whatever reason. Leaking water whenever the tub or shower was on which drained from the bathroom to the doorway. I asked to speak to manager, which never happened during my stay. Otherwise, my son enjoyed his trip for celebrate his birthday.

It was my second time attending, food was mediocre compared to the first time. I ordered a birthday package for my daughter’s 5th bday, they messed up the room decorations, they did the room next door to ours.. the experience for my daughter was ruined.

Would not recommend for parents or English speakers! Site is under construction and noisy. Most people vacationing here speak Spanish, which is fine of course, but staff struggle with English and we were clearly treated differently. When we arrived, everyone was greeted with drinks, but we were not. At our first meal we tried to wrap up some food for our baby like another family just had and they said no. When we asked why they did for them they shrugged us off. We were met for a sales pitch where we were informed ******* price was double the price if we booked with the resort. That we should have known there was construction, and that this was the newest property and not as good as the others. Pretty feel bad. Never coming back to this property. Water park is good for kids, but overall I want to feel welcomed on vacation and not like a brushed aside family.

Booked a room for one night for two adults and 3 kids. The room was too small and did not have enough beds for 5 people.

This resort is only okay. We decided to splurge and upgrade to a swim up room when we arrived and everyone seemed great. That is when it all ended. We have stayed at many others over the years and this was by far our worst stay. Once you decline attending their high pressure sales pitch you are on your own and it was frustrating because we couldn’t get dinner to the only restaurant that requires reservations for the 5 nights we stayed with them. The butler only cares about the “points”. Generally we have good butlers that work hard for tips, but not here. The restaurants are all small and very limited. The average wait was 1-2 hrs. Only three places are open without a reservation and one of them is their lack luster buffet. To top it off they still do rolling closures even though there is not enough dining. House keeping only showed up one day without us calling for them and the mini fridge was never stocked from our first day on without a phone call. I would advise anyone considering to book someplace else. Our young boys had a good time, but as parents we were beyond stressed and frustrated with the stay.

Friendly staff, beautiful grounds, kids had a blast. Food is decent and peach and pool are beautiful
