- Buffets were often messy, plates weren’t clean, and items were rarely labelled properly within the buffet
- Food wasn’t very good at any of the restaurants except the steakhouse.
- Rooms were not well cleaned and are run down
- We saw 4 cockroaches in our room during the 4 night stay
- Checkin was confusing and we were not given towel cards, or provided the log in for the wifi
- After we got to our room another family showed up with keys to our room. We had both been assigned the same room and had to all go back to reception to have things straightened out
- People were smoking inside the resort where there were “no smoking” signs
- Many tiles in the pools had come loose and we sitting detached at the bottom of the pools
- a few of the waterslides were broken and taped off to not be used

The party aspect is amazing but in terms of quality food, beverages, or cleanliness it is only okay. The service is not 5 star either.

Con este es mi tercer estancia con Riu las dos anteriores increíbles, es más recomendé y fui con otras personas , pero esta vez todo cambió, la atención del hotel nada que ver, no nos dejaban entrar a los restaurantes aún en la franja horaria establecida, inicialmente me dieron una habitación y al abrir habían aún personas , es decir la seguridad horrible. Puse la queja y simplemente me dijeron que iban a escalar, las instalaciones parecen de cualquier hotel sencillo, daños en los ascensores; cables eléctricos expuestos, los baños con olor horrible y sin aseo, en las playas personas explotando animales silvestres y hasta drogas ofreciendo , en los bares algunos meseros se molestaban porque pedía cierto tipo de licor en especial. Sabiendo que lo ofrecen en la carta. la verdad me dio mucha pena con las personas que recomendé , pero esta vez lastimosamente Riu dañó todas mis expectativas y mis ganas de estar allí, cosas buenas las comidas, aunque poca variedad en los buffets.

Minha experiência foi péssima! O serviço do hotel é a pior coisa que já experimentei. Nunca fui tão mal tratado. Todos os prestadores de serviço tratam mal quem não é americano, exceto o funcionário Davi, que foi bem atencioso conosco. Eu não recomendo gastar dinheiro para ir a esse hotel. Com toda certeza tem coisa melhor na região. Aqui não vale a pena mesmo!

O lugar tem uma boa estrutura, mas não espere um 4 ou 5 estrelas. Os quartos não tem hidratante, por exemplo, a água de coco não está inclusa e os drinks são todos feitos com insumos pré-prontos (não tem limão, tem um suco de limão industrializado). Em resumo, você pode esperar um lugar com boa estrutura, mas a qualidade da comida e das bebidas deixa muito a desejar. A locomoção dentro do hotel é bastante complicada, com uma disposição não muito inteligente, portanto, a depender da sua hospedagem, você pode ter que caminhar 15/20 minutos até a praia.
