Margaritaville Island Reserve Cap Cana Hammock by Karisma

We stayed in one of the swimout rooms. The room was spacious and located directly near all the poolside activities. The beach was awesome. We will be back and next time we are bringing friends with us. Lovely Property!

Well maintained property. The facility is clean in general. Our room is big, new and beautiful view. Food are below average compared to other all inclusive places. The beach is quite but rocky, can’t walk barefoot..water is not clean, lots of green algae, no one swim in the beach. Not much to do in terms of entertainment. Don’t recommend to stay here more than 5 days.

my second time in this hotel and as always i love it, the only thing i dislike is the spa they sell me a section of 50mins for a price and went its was time to check out they charge me something else which is insane to me !! but other than that amazing place to relax.

There wasn’t a swimmable beach on property but you could walk dow about 1/2 mile to the public beach. You will be pestered to do a presentation of sales but you can get quite a bit out of them if you hold off for a bit. The excursions are nice but they are an all day deal even if they say half day. This resort is pretty far from everything so you will spend a lot of time on a bus or safari truck. The staff was nice but there were a couple there that just wanted your dumb American money and that was it. The food around the property was all good. Overall it was a good experience and we learned a lot and what to look for when we book the next one.

The property itself was beautiful and the staff for the most part was helpful and cheerful. I was disappointed by the condition of the beach and the inability to go into the water. We also did not have hot water to shower or AC in our room for our last night

Everything was wonderful. The only thing I was disappointed in was the cleanliness of the beach.

Property will say you owe money, due to their improper Communication on the Resorts end. They are a money hungry resort.

Went for a weekend with friends and the food and alcohol quality were very disappointing. The food lacked Dominican flavor. Alcohol used was of very poor quality, no major brands (must be paid separately). The hotel needs better music and activities during the day . Overall, I would recommend better places in Punta Cana

I loved everything about this resort, especially my room. If I could take the whole villa back home with me I’d be the happiest person in the world!
