One of the worst properties and it doesn't deserve a Gold Crown. The pictures are false all the way. The apts given to RCI members have never been updated, are dark, and grimy. The showers and AC did not work properly, the curtains are dark canvas, blackout w/no sheers behind them. Paint chipping on the counters, windows and doors. The facilities are not much better. There's no reference material w/hours of operation and/or location. All the roads and parking, except leading to reception, are dirt w/large craters. When it rain everything was a muddy mess. There is no laundry, the pool was dirty and the beach opens late and closes early. If you look at their webpage it looks like a 5 star property, it far from it. We spent 3 weeks in country and this was our worst accommodation, Glamping was 100% better and far less expensive. Don't was your time or money with this property.

Everything what is new (and more expensive) is OK, everything what is sold to people who bought 1 or more weeks or points a time ago (like me) has low or bad status. Floors, common areas and apartments have and old and damaged appearance

Solanas is a beautiful place full of trees and parkland all around you. Many amenities to enjoy also. They have clases activities and more to enjoy. Also a great restaurant on-site. It is very peaceful too.

a entrada do hotel é super confusa, demorei por volta de 40 minutos para achar o meu apartamento. sacada e churrasqueiras velhas, porta caindo aos pedaços. fiquei no apartamento “royal mar” e o quarto/ sala são extremamente velhos, muito desconfortáveis. o banheiro era medonho, sujo, com paredes mofadas e muito pequeno. localização pessima. longe do centro. obrigatório pagar 30 dólares POR PESSOA por taxa de resort mesmo que você não use a parte do crystal. PÉSSIMO!!! escutem as avaliações, fiquei hospedada por 1 dia (4 previstos) mesmo sabendo das queixas medonhas e foi a pior experiência da vida!! se você não liga para a localização e tem dinheiro de sobra, fique na área crystal, se não, ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ PROCURE OUTRO HOTEL‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Algumas atividades no resort são cobradas a parte, sempre em dólar, custo relativamente alto. Exemplo: 25 dólares para usar um tobogã. Vale pro dia todo esse acesso, então se decidir comprar algo, faça de preferência cedo. Porém, tem muita atividade legal gratuita e possui um aplicativo em que você consegue ver a programação e fazer suas escolhas. Possui atividades lúdicas exclusivas para crianças e gratuitas. A área da piscina térmica, academia e vestiários bem limpos e equipe gentil. Possui mercado na frente do resort (área externa) em que o hóspede tem 10% de desconto nas compras, Tienda Inglesa. Não é tão grande, mas é completo e os preços são dentro do padrão esperado de gasto na cidade. O restaurante do resort é bem caro, mas existem opções próximas como El Cruce que adoramos ir - vende buffet e kilo, permitindo servir-se e levar, além de comer no local.

Hermoso lugar. Muy conveniente para familias. Fuimos con mi marido, mi hijo, mi nuera y ni nieto de 6 años. Todos lo pasamos muy bien. Hay actividades para todos. Muy confortables las habitaciones, bien equipadas. Camas extra grandes. Muy cómodas. Sector Forest.

Local agradável e fui muito bem atendida. Funcionários sempre solicitos. O apartamento é amplo e limpam todos os dias , no independente do horário. Cozinha completa e utensílios ótimos. Não utilizamos os restaurantes do local. Localização boa com os mercados que dão descontos bem próximos

Todo lo bueno en un solo lugar!!! Las habitaciones están muy bonitas, la limpieza muy buena, las piscinas increíbles, Crystal Beach es excelente. La atención excelente, todos están enfocados en que tu estadía sea inolvidable y quieras volver.

Pensamos que Solanas era un complejo turístico manejado por una sola empresa, por eso contraté directamente con ellos. Resulta que es una especie de barrio privado con instalaciones centrales, apartamentos de la empresa y muchos otros de particulares. Pagamos carísimo por dos noches y nos cobraron hasta por un pequeño perro cuya presencia ni se nota ni ensució nada. Las instalaciones y servicios de entretenimiento son buenas para niños. Las piscinas interiores llenas de gente y muy poco profundas. Mi nieto de 11 años disfrutó de torneos de ping pong y fútbol y del espacio llamado DAS. El más pequeño de 4 años no tenía muchas opciones más que el parque de toboganes que está cerca de la entrada, nada que no se encuentre en una buena plaza pública.
