We were positively surprised about how good the animation team is and they had a way of making a great team out of the kids, it was a kids heaven and you barely see your child. It's a smaller all-inclusive, but they have an animation team that is worthy of a much bigger resort. When we were there the animation team had a show every night, which was outstanding. The food in the buffet is very good quality, there are several places with show cooking and the feel in the restaurant is relaxed because it's not too big. The cocktails in the bar are better than at the two resorts in Arapey. I think in general they win some points by not being as big as the two juggernauts in Arapey, it's more relaxed and the style of the whole resort is also more low key, although very nice and the rooms are modern and nice too. They also have silent periods in the siesta and the night, which we also think is a good idea. They have a very nice beach just across the dunes and you have a parasol and sunchairs to use there, two parasols for double rooms. One advice to them would be to have a slightly bigger selection of meat on the grill. We would also have loved to pay extra to have a more exceptional Christmas dinner and I'm sure that people who visit the resort on the 24th of December will generally be understanding of that.

Amazing stay! Totally recommended for a family vacay! The staff is kind, and the best thing is the relaxing bed! You are in front of the beach, and you can see the stars during the night - amazing!!! The entertainment is fun, and they just started the season with the new theater show that I definitely recommend! Bring your family!

Excelente lugar para disfrutar y descansar. Muy buena la atención e instalaciones. Buena comida. Hermosa la playa. Muy recomendable. No quiero dejar de agradecer al Gerente Comercial Gabriel García, que hizo posible la coordinación de nuestra estadía, ya que éramos un grupo numeroso, superando ampliamente nuestras expectativas.

El complejo es increíble desde sus cabañas con su limpieza y mantenimiento. El personal es súper amable y la comida es EXQUISITA, variada y de excelente calidad. Párrafo aparte para el gran Yuyo y sus especialidades en cada plato de cada día. Lo mismo para Sebastián y su sushi “hecho con amor” Vamos a volver sin dudas!!!!

Que decir de tío tom!! La excelencia del personal, la atención que tienen todos los días con los hospedados, desde el servicio de cama hasta los chicos de recepción, nos hicieron pasar unas increíbles vacaciones en familia y quiero destacar a los animadores.. A Vikki , Fer, Karem , Fiama , migue , Lucho, Juli el dj.. hicieron que cada noche sea increíble , nos llenaron de amor y alegría y sobre todo nos hicieron sentir en familia . Muchas gracias a todo el equipo de Tio tom !!! Volveremos el 2026!!!

Hola comunidad!…Es la tercera vez que visitamos tiotom, en esta oportunidad éramos 14! Impecable como siempre!, este año hemos encontrado muchas mejoras en la instalaciones: más amplitud en el comedor, más luz, bolsas de obsequio para playa, pileta climatizada, entre otras cosas. Destaco la calidad humana de todo el staff de tío tom! Desde recepción, limpieza y gastronomía (pichona), pero sobretodo el team de recreación de kids! (Luis, Camila, Juli cracks!) y de animación…. Fer y Vicky maravillosos! Mi mamá (MABEL) también encantada! Con ellos y los cuatro bailarines que se sumaron este año no solo por lo profesionales sino por ser y hacernos parte de tiotom. Gracias por tanto! Esperemos volver! Pd: sugiero mejorar Internet en habitaciones, aires acondicionados o ventilador en comedor y dispenser agua fría y caliente en secciones del complejo.

Excelente hotel, muy bien hubicado en un lugar hermoso, muy buena comida. Sobre todo la atención al cliente fue espectacular tanto los bartender como los cocineros. En especial Leonardo para mi el mejor bartender y Yuyo Nueñez el mejor pizzero que conocí. Ame esta estadía y ojalá poder volver un día.
