ESPECTACULARRRR!!!! fue una semana perfecta! la comida, las actividades, y sobre todo su GENTE! son de 10! la atencion fue impecable, siempre dispuestos a satisfacer todas tus necesidades, siempre con buena onda! el no no esta dentro de su vocabulario si es para hacer que tu estadia sea la mejor!

We were positively surprised about how good the animation team is and they had a way of making a great team out of the kids, it was a kids heaven and you barely see your child. It's a smaller all-inclusive, but they have an animation team that is worthy of a much bigger resort. When we were there the animation team had a show every night, which was outstanding. The food in the buffet is very good quality, there are several places with show cooking and the feel in the restaurant is relaxed because it's not too big. The cocktails in the bar are better than at the two resorts in Arapey. I think in general they win some points by not being as big as the two juggernauts in Arapey, it's more relaxed and the style of the whole resort is also more low key, although very nice and the rooms are modern and nice too. They also have silent periods in the siesta and the night, which we also think is a good idea. They have a very nice beach just across the dunes and you have a parasol and sunchairs to use there, two parasols for double rooms. One advice to them would be to have a slightly bigger selection of meat on the grill. We would also have loved to pay extra to have a more exceptional Christmas dinner and I'm sure that people who visit the resort on the 24th of December will generally be understanding of that.

Amazing stay! Totally recommended for a family vacay! The staff is kind, and the best thing is the relaxing bed! You are in front of the beach, and you can see the stars during the night - amazing!!! The entertainment is fun, and they just started the season with the new theater show that I definitely recommend! Bring your family!

Fui en busca de un festejo de cumple diferente y hotel Tío Tom Arenas superó mis expectativas!!! Un cumple soñado, los chicos de la animación son todo lo q está bien!!! Fer, Vicky y todos una maravilla de personas .La comida , las habitaciones, las piscinas, la playa todo perfecto !!! El chef Robert Torres un genio y yo el personal del hotel impecable!!! El coordinador, Nico bellísima persona ,siempre atento a nosotros. Lo único q me queda x decirles es que ...PRONTO VOLVEREMOS!!!!!

Es la segunda vez que estamos y esta vez puedo decir que estuvo perfecto, la calidez del personal Mari personal de limpieza la amooooo, en buffet a pichóncita, en la parrilla un genio también , en toda la cocina lo vi al flaquito que hace los huevos no recuerdo su nombre la chica de las pastas que ricas !!!! en la barra a todos sobretodo Miguel, y el show impecable y hermosos bailarines de MDP!! Agradecerle a Danilo por que no para!!!! Y siempre está atento a todo ….TODOS porque son súper amables, volveré en marzo con mis sobris es un lugar muy lindo para compartir en familia, y también entre amigos como fui yo, GRACIAS HERMOSO TODO, y están haciendo todo para mejorar… Sugerencia deberían reforzar algunas cosas como la seguridad de los huéspedes Y poner un teléfono en los baños por si alguien sufre un accidente lo demás hermoso y la comida espectacular wilson de la playa también un amor, creo que el lugar lo hace el personal CUÍDENLO mucho,

Excelente todo, los coordinadores/as que cuidan nuestros niños/as, Romina es lo más, como los/las trata y se desvive por ellos/as, el vestuario de los chicos de animación y sus shows y bailes, la predisposición de todo el personal que se esmera para satisfacer al huésped, desde las chicas/os que levantan los platos y te sirven las bebidas hasta la gente de limpieza, realmente todo muy bueno, la comida y sobre todo los postres de primer nivel. Agregaría helado para los chicos y que en las habitaciones haya una soga para colgar la ropa que uno va lavando como ropa íntima o trajes de baño. En cuanto a Tommy bistró muy buena comida, jamás comí un sushi tan rico y tan bien hecho y la atención excelente, pero agregaría variedad de postres. Esta es mí sutil sugerencia para seguir mejorando. Realmente gracias por haber hecho una velada muy grata en nuestra estadía.

A estrutura e o atendimento são muito bons, desde a recepção e suporte via WhatsApp até os quartos e a alimentação all inclusive oferecida. O gerente Danilo sempre foi bastante solicito, assim como toda a equipe de suporte durante a nossa estadia.

Muy buen servicio y muy completo. Las cabañas muy lindas y la comida excelente. La playa tambien es muy buena. Me gustaron mucho los shows musicales. Sigan asi. Esperamos poder volver la proxima temporada. Ideal para venir en familia o para festejar.
