Punta Ballena Hotels with Breakfast

O hotel é antigo (anos 80) e com 2 elevadores pessimos e mofados e nada é minimamente acessível. Vamos começar pelo Banheiro do quarto que antigo é sem ventilação, somente uma lâmpada e precisando de torneiras e utensílios novos. O quarto é espaçoso mas também tudo muito antigo, o guarda-roupa tem mofo e a tv é minúscula. Além disso, você não encontra tomadas disponíveis. O frigobar é dos anos 70 e como todo o resto muito mofado e com uma pessima condição. Se você ainda quer se hospedar aqui o Restaurante caríssimo e ruim. O café da manhã é modesto e com poucas opções, no Brasil tem muita pousada simples que oferece algo melhor. Se você ainda pensa que a experiência não tava boa, meu esposo foi picado por pulgas que estavam na roupa de cama e o hotel nem se retratou, somente queria trocar os lençóis e queriam passar só um venino no colchão. Não queriam nem trocar o quarto…Isso numa hospedagem de 2000 reais a diária é absurdo. Se você estiver buscando um por do sol, isso não falta na região que inclusive você pode usar o mirante ao lado do hotel que é de graça e tirar as fotos. Me senti no dever de mostrar esses pontos pois as demais avaliações estavam focando somente na paisagem sendo que a experiência do hotel é fraca!!!

I paid for a room with two beds, one for me and my husband and another for my two children, and I arrived at the hotel, and there was simply no room with two beds. After a while, with the good will of the Solidad official, she gave us a upgrade and we went to a large and comfortable apartment, but with the same problem, there were no two couple beds, just one! They put two abulous, improvised, riding single beds, super discomfortable, they put us in a larger room to feel theoretically having an upgrade, but the comfort of my children was very lacking. The hotel is always inadequate, the old accommodation, the towel exchange and bathing goods. He left a lot to desire. The only positive point is Solidity, who did everything he could to help. However, the hotel is far from being a recommended resort.
