I spent 1 night here before going on an “O” circuit hike. Efficient check-in and check-out. Very clean & quiet. Centrally located. Good breakfast. Rooms are a bit small and don’t have much character, but are functional. Uber from the airport to the hotel was only around $20.

The hotel is one of the oldest buildings in Punta Arenas and if you want to feel the history you should try hunting and staying for a day or two. Rooms are decorated in historic old style, ceiling is 4 meters high and the floors are obvisouly squeaking:) Majority of rooms are facing the main square, so with pleasant views. Breakfast is typical, but nothing special. Reception speak good English.

Fairly decent experience. The hotel is very well located which is a plus, although as others have mentioned slightly rundown on the inside - but that didn't bother me too much. Breakfast was good and staff were kind and helpful. I also got a big balcony which was really nice. The staff also speak good english. What I will take a star off for, which was my main issue, was that in the two separate rooms I stayed in, the internet connection was really bad - it only really worked in one corner of both rooms, and was fairly slow.

The hotel is lovely from the outside - very classic historic building. The inside is a bit run down but the room was comfortable. There is no elevator and it's up a flight of stairs just to get to reception plus more to get to your room. We were just there one night but our flight the second day didn't leave until 9pm. We were able to leave our suitcases with them while we went on a tour to Magdalena Island to see the penguins and to walk around town afterward. We were able to just hang out in the hotel lobby for a few hours before heading to the airport as well.

Mi estancia en este hotel fue muy satisfactoria. Está ubicado dentro del casco histórico de la ciudad, lo que le da un encanto especial y permite recorrer fácilmente los principales puntos turísticos. Las habitaciones son amplias, muy cómodas, y perfectas para descansar después de un día de actividades. Además, la cercanía a la costanera es un gran plus, ya que facilita disfrutar de paseos y actividades turísticas durante el día.

Hotel nella piazza principale principale ed a pochi passi da tutti i servizi (fermata autobus, ristoranti, supermercati, tour operator, ecc.). Anche se è una struttura un po' vecchia, è stata ristrutturata molto bene con le camere spaziose, silenziose e ben accessoriate. In generale è molto pulito. Lo staff è gentilissimo e molto disponibile: ci hanno fatto fare colazione un'ora prima perché avevamo il tour in partenza alla mattina presto, ci hanno tenuto i bagagli oltre il check out e prenotato il taxi per l'aeroporto.

Reserve con semanas de anticipación. Me comuniqué con ellos 2 veces, indicando que iba con 2 adultos mayores. Me respondieron e incluso firmaron sus mensajes. Y horas antes de tomar el vuelo desde Santiago, me llega un email diciendo que cancelaron la reserva. Punta Arenas está ahora con la capacidad hotelera casi al límite y aún no encuentro hotel para mí y mis ancianos acompañantes. ¡Qué falta de profesionalismo y de humanidad tiene la administración de este hotel! Ahórrense la mala experiencia: no se arriesguen haciendo una reserva con ellos.
