It was so dirty, I laid my clothes on the bed to sleep on. The bathroom had water stains on the faucet, I was too tired to go to another hotel so I closed my eyes pretending not to see the dirt & dust around the entire room. Upscale hotels same price!

Friendly, clean. Above and beyond service. Fabulous breakfast and flexible schedule. Good location. Walk to the straits of Magellan and main square. Would return in a heartbeat! Good value. Comfortable beds. You will feel right at home!

Carpa Manzana is a pretty hotel located within easy walking distance to the bus station, supermarket, pharmacy, shops and some nice restaurants (try La Marmita for lunch or dinner only 2 1/2 blocks away!) Rooms included blow dryer, TV, soap shampoo, hair conditioner and a tub. We actually had a real king sized bed (first in Patagonia). Cesar at the front desk was incredibly kind and accommodating. He answered all my questions and gave me a map so I could figure out where I was going. Kudos to him for a job well done. I cannot speak for the breakfast that they provide because we left so early the next morning. They were kind enough to pack us a breakfast bag since we left early but honestly, it was quite disappointing...I would have rather had nothing. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend it!

The good: rates are reasonable, internet is fast, the lodgings are basic, but comfortable, clean, and safe. Showers are hot. The bad: nothing really bad. The in-between: the included breakfast is pleasant, but basic. The location is a mixed bag, with attractions in the area, but about 1 km walk to the main restaurant and tourist area. This is neither great nor a problem for us. Overall, I feel we got a very good value for the price and I would recommend this hotel.

Very clean, modern and quiet location close to city center. Hotel staff were cordial, friendly and especially helpful in helping us to find a parking place. We enjoyed our stay at this location. The complementary breakfast was a standard fare of usual selections.

Este fin de semana nos encontramos en familia visitando Punta Arenas y hemos pasado una estadía maravillosa!. Las habitaciones son muy cálidas cuentan con TV y el desayuno incluido es excelente. . Dan toallas y el baño es completo. Volveremos

L'hotel si presenta bene nelle parti comuni, pulito. Anche la camera è pulita anche se gli spazi sono veramente stretti. Il bagno ti fa venire un po' di claustrofobia, piccolo e vecchiotto Per una notte va comunque bene Colazione discreta, nella media

Ficamos apenas 1 noite, mas o hotel atendeu para o que precisávamos. Localiza-se perto do centro. Hotel simples mas bem cuidado. Quarto com bom tamanho, cama boa e banheiro bom com chuveiro otimo. Só tinha um problema de barulho que dava pra ouvir todo o uso do banheiro do quarto de cima. Não tem estacionamento mas deixaram.a gente guardar a moto na lateral com portão trancado, deixando nos mais tranquilos. Café da manhã trivial mas bem servido.
