Very nice hotel from the photos on the site, but then in real life it changes a little, but never mind because it is not essential! I would say that if you want to spend a peaceful holiday, there are other destinations and places that definitely deserve more, such as Scarlino... Clean rooms and nothing to say about this, but the mini fridge in the room doesn't work, very poor internet connection, always disconnected and very slow, breakfast with a dropper and the staff as a bloodhound and honestly it is not homemade food as they write on the site as the products are blatantly visible that they are large distributions. Here I would not have classified it 4 stars just because there are some VIPs who frequent this location, but clearly inferior. With 200 euros a night, one expects more!!! Ah... If you are looking for a bar in Punta Ala at 10pm, there isn't one, they are closed in August! Thanks for your attention. A lover of Tuscany but not of Punta Ala.

Beautiful location, beautiful swimming pool. Much attention to the outdoor spaces but little to the rooms. Small rooms and not very comfortable bed (two single beds pushed together but with a narrow base, the mattress came out of the side!!) and more attention could be paid to cleaning the bathroom. Poor and repetitive breakfast .. for a week I ate the same tarts. A tip: cover the food, choosing fruit covered by bees is not the best. For what it offers price too high.

A beautiful, well-kept, clean and welcoming hotel in the heart of nature. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the rooms are very comfortable. Furthermore, the owner (although she didn't know us and in a peak season) allowed us to postpone the booking date only 24 hours in advance, due to covid. Petit hôtel très sympathique que je recommande vivement. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel est à votre écoute et à vos petits soins. Les chambres sont lumineuses et très agréables. La salle de bain est vraiment bien équipée en produits. Le petit déjeuner est top. Le coin piscine est calme et reposant. A 10 min à pied vous êtes à la plage.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella Dimora dell'Arli gestita dalla gentile Sig.ra Tiziana. Albergo comodissimo e posizionato bene. A due passi dal mare, dal supermercato e dal centro ippico dove per un mese abbiamo giocato al polo. Un grazie speciale da parte di tutta la squadra alla Sig,ra Tiziana che ha reso il nostro soggiorno speciale. Sempre disponibile, gentile e divertente. Speriamo di rivederci il prossimo anno. Ho provato a prenotare una camera in questo hotel per 8 notti dal 23 al 31 agosto e dopo aver parlato con l'unica persona presente in struttura (quando ha tempo di rispondere al telefono), ho ricevuto telefonicamente l'offerta con l'invito di prepagare l'intero importo di circa euro 2800 non rimborsabile. Ho chiesto di inviarmi una email con l'offerta ed i dati per il bonifico. Dopo 3 giorni di telefonate alla struttura senza risposta, finalmente sempre la stessa persona mi dice che non è prassi inviare un'offerta scritta e che se voglio confermare, devo fare il bonifico. A questo punto ho preteso che mi venisse inviata una email con i dettagli dell'offerta per poter poi effettuare il pagamento ed invece ho ricevuto una email nella quale mi hanno comunicato che non ci sono camere disponibili fino al 1 settembre. Tutto questo dopo decine di telefonate senza ricevere mai una risposta, a due giorni dalla partenza. Ovviamente posto in struttura c'è, l'ho controllato sul loro sito, ma non andrei più all'Arli, neanche se fosse l'ultimo hotel disponibile in Toscana. Poca professionalità e limpidezza. E' un diritto dei clienti leggere cosa si sta acquistando PRIMA di bonificare euro 2800 senza possibilità di rimborso
