Sol Plaza Hotel

We stopped here for 2 nights on our honeymoon trip around Peru. The lady on the front desk was so lovely and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious with an enormous bed. We didn't enjoy the breakfast that much as we weren't too keen on the choices but perhaps we had just been spoilt at other hotels we had stopped at in Peru.

Excellent staff, great breakfast and position to visit the city. Rooms are clean. They arranged early check-in and late check out by paying half rate. This was really helpful to manage our trips between different cities.

Worst Hotel ever. Breakfast was cold, even the eggs and pancakes. The bread was looking weird. We asked if they could fill up the pancakes, because we still had 30 minutes time to eat. They said it’s finished and we were still hungry, so we had to go to a bakery, which had 100 times better food than the hotel. The bathroom door wasn’t opening itself, one time my Mother was in it and she couldn’t open it. We needed to call the reception 2 times if they could open it. When you want to charge your phone, you can get an electric shock, our heating system cable burned because the electric system here is absolut worse . When you are trying to put a cable in a charging socket, it will fall out. The lights weren’t working in the bathroom. I wouldn’t go here a 2nd time

Good location. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice place to stay. Good breakfast. The place was clean and tea was available. They held our luggage for a couple days while we were gone for a bit. It was a good option for us!
