Nice hotel located just outside PUNO overlooking Lake Titticaca just off the main road Courtesy from staff excellent and good buffet breakfast and choice of evening meal Rooms slightly tired but with excellent views -would definitely recommend

Great hotel with fantastic views of Puno and Lake Titicaca. Room was big, and the bed very comfortable. First night was an amazing electric storm and lightning kept striking the mast opposite the hotel - what it is there for I guess. Celine and Leonardo in the bar were great characters, especially when I pretended to Leonardo that the wine he had given me to taste was disgusting - we laughed. A bit of a trek into the tourist harbour, but on an organised tour it was fine. Food was good, service OK, and all round a great experience before heading back to Lima.

The restaurant at the hotel have a good variety of food at reasonable prices. They have great staff, specially I want to thank Brayan Herrera for his attentive service. We hat a good size room with a balcony and a view of the lake Titikaka. The hotel is not located inside the limits of the town of Puno, but is easily accessible with a short ride on a taxi.

We had a great stay here. It is off the beaten path, but the quiet was a nice break from the city centers we'd stayed in. The beds are super comfy and the accommodations are very clean. Delicious food at the restaurant, too! The view was an added bonus. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff! A little dated but couldn’t fault the rooms, had everything you’d need, the breakfast was excellent and lots of choice! We stayed for 2 nights as part of a tour and enjoyed our time here. It is situated on the edge of Lake Titicaca and very isolated, no shops or bars anywhere near! Taxis needed to get into Puno (about 20 sol) and took about 10 - 15 minutes!

We chose Hotel Jose Antonio as we were a bit skeptical about staying in Puno town. And we couldn’t have been happier! The location is perfect, just 10 mins from the main town but totally peaceful and with amazing view and access to the stunning lake right in front. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and the views are insane! All the staff were super lovely, particularly Dania who attended us each meal and looked after us at any request. Would definitely come back!

Our waitress in the dining area was one of the best experience I've had so far here in Peru her name is Carmen excellent service I wish we would get her again next time we show up thank you very much for the hospitality the only complaint I have is there is no hot sauce no chili no picante but other than that everything was excellent.

The hotel is on the main road to Bolivia south of Puno rather isolated overlooking the lake. I would say this hotel was built in the 70’s, the room was a good size, overlooking the lake. But it was a bit dated. The air conditioning didn’t work, so I was supplied a fan. The staff were very helpful and my room was pretty quiet, apart from the odd noise of traffic on occasion it was comfortable. The food was excellent, I probably would stay here again. More of a 3.5 stars.
