Although it has been open for a long time, it is well maintained, especially the waiters are warm and polite, the store is clean and tidy, and it feels good. The rooms arranged by the hotel face the south, and you can see the sunrise and sunset. The guest rooms have direct water supply, which is very rare. Fruits are also delivered every day, which is good. Although there is no underground parking lot, there are still many parking spaces. The self-service breakfast has fewer varieties, but the room rate is low, which is understandable. There is a hot spring swimming pool, which guests can use for free. It is a good choice to stay here when visiting Puning.

If you drive, it is recommended to stay here. It is very convenient to get off the highway. The parking lot is large. It is an old hotel with slightly old facilities. The overall quality is very good. The front desk is even better and very friendly. It is very convenient to drive to the city for dinner and sightseeing, about 7 kilometers. It is very quiet at night.

The place is very new and clean. The customer service at the front desk was very polite. Because the high-speed train was late, we arrived at the hotel very late. The lady at the front desk helped us go to the room and order takeaway food for us. Very considerate.

We travelled with our parents and booked two rooms. As we arrived early, the staff were very kind to arrange early check in . The room was very clean (thanks to the housekeeping ), spacious and provided everything you need . The lobby staff were all so friendly and helpful . They made us feel welcoming . Xi Cheng 夕辰had even WeChat me a list of recommended restaurants. We tried the 万逸福braised goose and 潮汕小厨，both were very good. We are grateful to her for helping us to locate my father-in-laws’s ancestral village also. I think we will stay in Atour for our future visit in China.

Very good experience! Very clean, great location. The service is also good.
Although the appearance is not new, the room has been newly renovated.
The carpet has no strange smell
The scenery is also excellent
I will stay here again next time.
I only suggest that the indicator light at the head of the bed is too bright.
It would be better if it could be dimmed.
It is also recommended to add non-smoking floors!

SSinnnnnnnHotel facilities: I suggest adding a non-slip mat in the bathroom. I almost fell barefoot. There are rubber slippers, but my shoes probably got soaked and smelled, so I didn't wear them. The front desk service greeted me warmly, which is not available in other hotels at this price. I especially like the foot soaking service. I drove all day and was exhausted. I came back to the hotel and took a bath and soaked my feet comfortably. There is a charging station at the door of the hotel, which is very friendly and convenient for friends who take trams. The breakfast variety is relatively simple, but it's pretty good, but pay attention to the non-slip service in the bathroom!

JJenson HiahIt’s near to Puning Station, located near to 商品城（20min walking) near to 老二肠粉, this hotel do cater mahjong room for customer on Lvl 12 & 13, sometime they also allow them to play in their own room, you will hear them dragging their chair and slamming the door quite often, other than that the hotel also provide simple Chinese breakfast..and lastly they have a team of excellent customers service reception, that’s really a plus point for the hotel! Thank you very much for the service rendered! Kudos to the hotel who had such a great team!

The hotel has a good price-performance ratio, convenient location, abundant dining and shopping nearby, warm and professional front desk service, and efficient check-in. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation is excellent, and it is quiet and undisturbed all night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with plenty of hot water and good quality toiletries. The breakfast is rich in variety, the room service responds quickly, and the cleaning lady is particularly considerate. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and I will choose here again next time I travel!

TTangtang05Booked to watch Yingge Dance, the location is right next to People's Park, booked early and the price is OK, the room location and view are OK, the surrounding area is all tricycles with local characteristics, which is good, but it's a pity that there are no shared battery cars, otherwise you can ride a donkey to go wherever you want, the hotel front desk is very enthusiastic
