Although it has been open for a long time, it is well maintained, especially the waiters are warm and polite, the store is clean and tidy, and it feels good. The rooms arranged by the hotel face the south, and you can see the sunrise and sunset. The guest rooms have direct water supply, which is very rare. Fruits are also delivered every day, which is good. Although there is no underground parking lot, there are still many parking spaces. The self-service breakfast has fewer varieties, but the room rate is low, which is understandable. There is a hot spring swimming pool, which guests can use for free. It is a good choice to stay here when visiting Puning.

The place is very new and clean. The customer service at the front desk was very polite. Because the high-speed train was late, we arrived at the hotel very late. The lady at the front desk helped us go to the room and order takeaway food for us. Very considerate.

The hotel is at the entrance of the highway, easy to find! The hotel is nice, clean and hygienic, but there is no luggage stand. It can only be placed on the floor. It is inconvenient to get up and down to get things. Older people are afraid of fainting. The swimming pool opens at 3 p.m., and you can enter with your room card. I checked out the Chaoshan raw pickled food at the nearby Internet celebrity. It tastes good, but you have to check the number of dishes when you check out. You know it when you are away from home!

If you drive, it is recommended to stay here. It is very convenient to get off the highway. The parking lot is large. It is an old hotel with slightly old facilities. It is very quiet at night.

We arrived earlier than the check-in time and asked if we could check in early one day in advance and got a positive response. On the day of check-in, we were upgraded to a deluxe room because the room had not been cleaned yet. Five stars for the service of the guy who checked us in that day. The room is large, the facilities are intact, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. It has everything you need, which is good.

We travelled with our parents and booked two rooms. As we arrived early, the staff were very kind to arrange early check in . The room was very clean (thanks to the housekeeping ), spacious and provided everything you need . The lobby staff were all so friendly and helpful . They made us feel welcoming . Xi Cheng 夕辰had even WeChat me a list of recommended restaurants. We tried the 万逸福braised goose and 潮汕小厨，both were very good. We are grateful to her for helping us to locate my father-in-laws’s ancestral village also. I think we will stay in Atour for our future visit in China.

It’s near to Puning Station, located near to 商品城（20min walking) near to 老二肠粉, this hotel do cater mahjong room for customer on Lvl 12 & 13, sometime they also allow them to play in their own room, you will hear them dragging their chair and slamming the door quite often, other than that the hotel also provide simple Chinese breakfast..and lastly they have a team of excellent customers service reception, that’s really a plus point for the hotel! Thank you very much for the service rendered! Kudos to the hotel who had such a great team!
