真的是刷新我入住酒店的差勁新體驗！！！
1️⃣流程問題：入住的時候提供了三人身份證，未成年需要拍照登記訊息不在入住時留意，要我們二次下去辦理。退房當天我們下去用早餐，工作人員找我們要餐券才知道原來有餐券這回事？！！那辦理入住怎麼不給？？？
2️⃣房間問題：先入住的8樓房間，燈有問題後換的609，還是床頭燈有問題，電話也有問題，但懶得折騰了！！
早上出去忘記帶房卡跟前台説了需要幫開門，結果清潔阿姨來過兩次沒開成功，鎖居然沒電了！！鎖使用的時效不應該有及時登記維護嘛？
維修人員下來看一眼又兜回去拿備用鑰匙，來來回回在走廊又悶又熱站着等，悶的一身汗！！！！
作為酒店方是覺得入住有問題體驗不好是理所當然的是嗎？房間有問題鎖有問題餐券有問題沒有一句不好意思😅真行！！！！
我是離店後準備付款訂單在平台發起的投訴，攜程的工作人員轉達了我的不滿，我得到的回覆總結一句話：已經離店，概不負責！下次再來補償？？真行！我怎麼可能下次還給自己添堵！！！
我看酒店的差評投訴也不少，平台還允許酒店繼續上架，這也是攜程平台允許的態度是嗎？？
